This location is much better than the one down south. It has the original menu and the fan favorites. The morning staff is phenomenal (Garrett, Xiomara, Brooklynn, and Paige). We love visiting and enjoying their huevos rancheros, sirloin steak and eggs, skillets, club sandwiches, and the adult version of grill cheese sandwich with tomato basil soup is too die for. They still have their famous free pie on Wednesdays.

It was so nice to see glass counter with so many pies. Pies I had not eaten in 3 years. Clean restaurant.
Great for breakfast or lunch or dinner. Prices good.

Free slice of pie each Wednesday.

Nice place to eat breakfast all day or dinner/supper. Good variety of food items. Pricing good.
All kinds of delicious available for purchase or take out.

Brooklynn is the best server we have had in a long time! We have been coming to this location every Tuesday for a long time and we always look forward to the service we receive. She is very punctual, attentive and goes above and beyond for her customers including memorizing regular drinks and orders. Conversation is always great and she brings a positive attitude to the environment every time. Thank you Brooklynn! We will see you next Tuesday!

The staff is always nice and the food is good and not too expensive. I always meet my mom for breakfast here and we both enjoy it.

Everything is good. The reason the atmosphere was not good is because you need to paint the ceiling and clean the vents. They’re dirty as hell.

My husband and I just moved into the neighborhood, The best breakfast I’ve ever had in a long time! Great choice well done. Great food and definitely go back. Love their pies… nice and clean atmosphere.
Great service. The manager was very polite and kind. Loved his place.
Be sure to order some pies for yourself when you’re there.

Busy when we arrived and had a nice brunch service and enjoyed our plates of Huevos Rancheros, Denver Omlette (ordered mushrooms extra and didn’t get any) and the meatloaf. After a long flight it was a welcome meal.

Village Inn always proves that the modern, early 2010’s diner is here to stay. Warm service and orange atmosphere that rivals the dull green and brown of a Black Bear or Perkins. The liveliness of this particular diner is miles above the sister location of the faceless, white Village Inn on 120th. The food, albeit as standard as it gets for an American breakfast is faceted with good vibes and somewhat comfortable booths. The staff is very friendly and rather familiar with their casual tones, similar to a Denny’s without the angst. My only concern is the seemingly evident wearing of seats, carpet and roof.

And the free pie on Wednesday is still a special touch, albeit you must purchase an ample meal rather than a quaint mug of coffee.
