Love my local village inn. Enjoy the breakfast often…Chicken fried steak skillet is my go to…And for lunch or dinner the post roast with mashed potatoes and Texas toast has never let me down….Thank to our server Shelly for kind professional service.

Delicious food and generous portions! Able to accommodate big parties too (we had 5 kids under 10 plus 4 adult couples).

The food at this Village Inn is always exceptional. Large servings for a very reasonable price, and it tastes good and is presented well. Service is friendly and fabulous. Virginia was our server today, and she is top- notch. She has had my table on past visits and is a true professional and A1 person. I really enjoy dining here!! Thank you!!

Village Inn has always been our favorite restaurant. Have never had a bad experience there in well over 40 years. On this visit, Waitress was excellent & attentive. Food well prepared & of generous portions. All staff nice & very friendly. Will continue to frequent this site.

Overall great diner. Exactly what you expect. Old school feel and taste. Great service. Quick even though they were very busy.

Went here yesterday to eat with my wife, father-in-law, mother-in-law and stepmom. Waited for 30 minutes as we watched others get seated and get their food before we did. We asked for a different waiter and then waited another 10 to 15 minutes. No one waited on us. I looked around and noticed there weren’t any blacks other than me and my stepmom. I’m not usually one to bring up the race card but what else could it have been. The manager never came out or addressed us in any way. We will never eat there again and I will definitely let all my friends and family know this particular restaurant is crappy. We ended up going to the location on M street. The service and food was excellent there.

This place is real dirty; dirty booths, dirty walls, and dirty bathrooms. The old lady waitress has real bad breath and an attitude problem. I pointed at the menu and ordered 3 buttermilk pancakes for $4.25, but she charged me for $10.25. When I asked her why I was charged this price she said I didnt order correctly, and that next time I need to say side of pancakes. I still gave her 15 percent tip because she fixed the ticket, but I wont be coming back to this raggedy restaurant!

Outstanding service. I mentioned that was planning on taking my hashbrowns home when placing my order and the lady taking care of us brought ’em out already boxed up. Also, first time having the smoked pork in the omelette; really hit the spot. (Try to sit in Bella’s section)

One thing I miss about the Midwest, Village Inn, especially around the holidays with all the pies! We were lucky to get a table on Thanksgiving morning while visiting and had a great server, and the food was spot on. Kids crushed some calories and we enjoyed a present visit. Hoping to see more and more Village Inns in the future.
