Update, 2nd time and still hella good. Ham and pineapple was delicious.
Really impressed with the quality and taste of the pizza’s here. Everything was made quickly and condiments were self-serve. Prices were decent and dining area was classic parlor style. Good views but parking could be an obstacle.

Local hangout. Very nice and fast service. Large open space with a room in the back that has a small arcade. Had a few pitchers of beer with some really nice people. Tried 3 different large pizzas. The crust is not the best however the toppings tasted fresh and overall very filling. Had a good time. I say check it out.

I love village host and love eating here. I’ve been eating here since I can remember walking. My favorite dish is the polish sandwich with the best polish I’ve ever had. I continue to love this place but unfortunately it seems there might have been a change in the polish sausage use.

I’m really hoping it’s temporary, and they being the old polish sausage back, but give this place a try! It’s super good and always has had such great people working here.

I called in and ordered over phone , walked in to pick up the 15 min later i was told its not ready yet i made the payment anyways. There was a bag of food waiting on the oven since the moment i paid , i waited about 20 min in restaurant when i got up to ask if the food was ready they handed me the food thats been sitting there since the moment i walked in. I obviously got mad about this terrible service and asked how they could do such a poor customer service , some young teen apologized with attitude and as i was exiting, the same teenager cursed at me using the F word with some racist words. Not only i will leave this review i will escalate this to Burlingame city hall labor department!

Literally the worst pizza I’ve had in a long time. The crust was hard and chewy. I ordered extra cheese but entire slices of the pizza had no cheese at all…but the thing that made it inedible (and that’s hard to do with pizza) was the sauce…I think they literally just dumped raw uncooked tomato paste from a can on the pizza, it was somehow bitter and flavorless at the same time.

Generous with the toppings but not so much with the sauce which made the pizza sadly bland. The garlic diamonds (I forget the marketing name. Thin pizza dough crust w cheese and garlic) had more flavour. Cafeteria style service (get your own plate from that stack over there) service counter in a repurposed pub makes for an odd family dining experience.
