Went here for the first time today, and it was a great experience. Our waitress was really nice and the food was really good, cooked the way I asked the first time. It is a bit pricey but their quantity/quality matches it, as some things come with a soup/salad. Their portions were good sized too. Overall great experience, I did notice that there aren’t current menu pictures on here so I’ll post this year’s menus for y’all

Not many ppl there when we were there. Service was nice. Food was hot and tasty but the fish was a bit greasy. Rice pudding was really good but I should have asked it to be warmed. The salad was huge. I’d still recommend.

Authentic Spinach Pie (generous portion) is delicious and loaded with spinach! All homemade food, lots of good vegetables, hearty salads, and Chicken Stir Fry is uniquely delicious! Homey decorations, comfortable seating, cozy feeling and very caring servers are like no other restaurant. Try it dining in or carryout. You will be happy!

I loved the breakfast at Village Grill of Farmington Hills – the pancakes were amazing! The food was delicious and generous in portion. However, one of the waitresses seemed to be talking negatively about our group while we were there, which was a bit off-putting. Despite that, the food was so good. Maybe just a bad day for the staff?

I visited this restaurant for dinner and overall was pleased. I ordered the chicken breasts, which were on special and included a soup, bread, two sides and dessert. The price was very reasonable for what I got and the portion was quite generous. The service was good as well. As for the taste, my food was unseasoned and tasted a little bland but it was of good quality. Also my meal came very quickly after I ordered. I would dine here again based on my experience.

Staff was friendly, polite on the way in, on the way out and all throughout. I liked that they came with a refill at the end.
I ordered a cabbage soup as I was told it tastes homemade like at Mom’s house but I didn’t get that impression. Sure it was good, diner good but not like homemade good. For one the cabbage was left in cubes and not separated. Also I was expecting some smoked meat maybe some hocks on the bone or something.
I also had the Greek salad with grilled chicken and I opted for no olives. I saw no issue with slight changes to the dish.

Small local restaurant serving really good comfort food. Had the chicken club sandwich, and was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful it was. Had the navy bean soup, it was even better than the club with a deep rich flavor and a nice touch of heat. Service was excellent. Dinning area looked very clean. Tables were spaced for real people size comfort. We will be coming back often.
