I frequent Subways and this one was good but they didn’t offer veggie patties and had a sparse selection of chips. Staff was friendly and efficient, helpful. Located in a Pride convenience store there were plenty of other food and snack options.

Disappointed Experience at Subway
I went to a Subway store to pick up 9 sandwiches for my employees, but the lady at the front said they couldn’t serve us because it was a “big order” and required a
24-hour notice. This was very disappointing and unprofessional. Her attitude was rude, which made the experience even worse. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. This encounter has completely turned me off from visiting any Subway locations in the future.

I write this review mostly to illustrate a potentially bad situation that was made right by the staff. I had ordered a 12-inch sub online late this afternoon, and when I arrived to pick it up, it was only a 6-inch sub. However, upon pointing this out to the friendly woman at the counter, she apologized promptly and noted the confusion on the way the order may have been interpreted from the receipt. She then offered to make me a second 6-inch sub to rectify the situation and did so promptly. As I told her, I wasn’t trying to give her a hard time, and she was doing exactly the right thing given the circumstances. I rate a mistake that is promptly fixed as the highest form of customer service. Hence, this is mostly a review to say that at least at this location, there is at least one person who deserves praise.

Stellar subway. It’s the most conventional for me to go to since it’s right off the highway and I get lunch from here pretty regularly. The staff is wicked friendly and not overly creepy. Place feels cleaner than most subways and I can’t complain at all. They’ve never messed up my order and I always leave satisfied. Special thanks to Ryan since he’s always on shift when I go.
