I stopped in here for a coffee and was impressed by the decor and fast service. My flavored raspberry hot coffee was excellent. There is a huge variety of drinks and of course ice cream. Some cute covered outdoor seating as well, which is much appreciated on a hot summer day. Would definitely return!

I don’t know why they have two different names on google but there’s no way we’re coming back. Our fault for not realizing $15 for 2 small cups. Staff is friendly but that’s the only positive. Sorry but no wonder they’re always empty.

Decent place. Candy was good. My shoe broke and the girl with the moon tattoo was extremely helpful in fixing it. 5 everyone for her

Village Coffee Pot in Mt. Dora is a cozy spot that really hits the mark, especially if you’re a fan of frappes. Their frappes are creamy, perfectly blended, and just the right amount of sweet—ideal for a refreshing pick-me-up. The café has a warm, welcoming vibe, making it a great place to relax or catch up with friends. A definite favorite when in Mt. Dora!

Thank God their ice cream is good. They could really benefit from sprucing up the lobby and counter, as it looks like they do the bare minimum to keep the place going. They are literally using scotch tape to hold together their cracked display cases. That being said, the ice cream is always good.

Nice little coffee shop in downtown Mt. Dora. I had a gingerbread latte and my wife had a snickerdoodle latte. Both were tasty. Not so good that I had to rave about them but they were good enough to enjoy while we walked around and took in all the Christmas lights around town. The store itself is a bit cramped so eating in would be a little uncomfortable but it’s really not that type of place anyhow. They serve sandwiches for lunch and they have a decent ice cream assortment. They even have a few gelato flavors for those with a more refined taste. Overall, I appreciate small businesses like this one. We will be back certainly.
