You better a big appetite. You start with bruschetta then some fresh baked bread with marinara sauce then onto a stracciatella soup. Authentic, Italian family own family friendly. They have daily specials . .Good luck picking out your meal there’s so many delicious options.I had chicken fiorentina al’arancia and oh boy it was delicious.A few things on the menu were not available but it was Christmas Eve. Live according music playing. The waiter was amazing great customer service. I would highly recommend going here. I went twice once for dinner then going again for appetizers and desperate.

Came for dinner. Everything was great tasting and flavorful. The service was great. The homemade bread and marinara sauce tasted great. We ordered chicken parm and chicken fettuccine alfredo. Love that if you order a non pasta dish you get a side of spaghetti. I would return here.

We ate there yesterday (3/4/26) and it probably is the best Italian food I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Ownership and staff very attentive making sure everything is ideal for you. Wish we could’ve stayed longer bc the accordion player added a nice touch. Beautiful interior. Our waitress was Janine – very knowledgeable about menu offerings. Everything seemed positive, friendly and customer-focused. I just found out my parents ate here 15 yrs in a row when they’d vacation. We definitely will return. We normally are in Sunset Beach, but easy drive for this high quality dining experience!

We moved away from the Myrtle Beach area 5 years ago and haven’t found any Italian restaurant as good as this one. We’ve been to Italy twice and that couldn’t compare. We lived here for 8 years and visited this restaurant at least once a month. Renaldo, his daughter, Fran, and Michael always made our visits extra special.

We found Villa Romana online and decided to try based on the glowing reviews. It exceeded our expectations! The food, service, and unique atmosphere were amazing.
There was not a single thing we ate that was not phenomenal. Tons of food included with your meal. The homemade blue crab ravioli and tiramisu were the best I’ve ever eaten. The comfy atmosphere was great too. This is probably one of the best, if not the best, joints we’ve tried in Myrtle Beach.

Fantastic experience. Cozy and inviting restaurant. Please don’t update the decor. It is classic family run Italian restaurant and should stay that way! Janine was a delight and topped off a surprisingly good night out. We were in town for work and were not expecting something so good. And the accordion was the cherry on top. Highly recommended!

From the moment you walk in it feels like old school Italian. The decor and overall atmosphere are amazing. From the home made gnocchi to the chicken parm it was to die for. Being from NY this is a must visit. Oh and did I mention how you are going to love the price. Do not pass this place up.

We had a fantastic dinner with the Veal Parmesan and the Salmon. Pasta is made from scratch and you can certainly taste the difference. The bread, soup and bruschetta that came with the meals were delicious. Great to have some real Italian bread rolls for once. Service was superb. Our waiter and the bus boy were a delight to talk to. The only thing is that they did charge for refills on my ginger ale. Parking isn’t particularly easy either. But we will definitely be back. Best Italian food I’ve had in the Grand Strand and a nice atmosphere.
