Order take out from here a bunch! Their mild wings and cheesesteaks (especially buffalo chicken cheesesteaks) are amazing! I always get extra mild sauce on the side!
Today, we ordered pickup – 30 mild wings and a buffalo chicken cheesesteak (we live outside of their delivery zone). When we got home we found 10 wings missing. When I called, I fully expected a credit or refund…but they actually had someone drive those wings to us! Incredible customer service! AND delicious food!

Ordered double meat and double cheese.. didn’t get it but was charged for it.. called back and informed them and no apology or refund. Been eating here for years and it’s gone way downhill. Will not be back.

I live 5 minutes away and food arrived less than warm, but not cold. $13 for a half size pathetic cheesesteak and $7 for a mini that lacked as well. But after shopping all day and decorating, we nuked it and pushed through. Now I remember why I stopped ordering from them ♀️

Straight up anorexic sandwiches. As expensive if not more than other shops but you get a cheesesteak and the bread weighs more than the meat!
Seems like the same issue is happening to everyone.
Apps are Sysco trash, service is terrible.

Ewww.. First I’d like to say whoever ordered a cheeseburger with onion rings, They gave me your order along with mine but quite honestly be glad you didn’t receive your order because I don’t want my order either, and I just placed the entire order in my trash can. Disgusting food to say the least…

I’ve been a loyal freshworks customer at multiple locations for almost 20 years. But recently was my last visit and I will never be going back again. First, the Woodhaven location is absolutely disgusting. The amount of dirt and grime all over the floor, how absolutely disgustingly dirty the bathroom was, and how there was NO SOAP! in the bathroom when I went to go use it is unacceptable. I have no idea how this place is still open. Please make sure to visit the Bucks County health department website and read prior health inspection reports.

I’d been ordering online for a bit and was happy with the taste and quality of their cheesesteaks so when I was in the neighborhood, I swung by for one. Tasty and fresh, it was amazingly flavorful! The girl behind the counter was friendly and efficient and it was clean and well laid out inside. I think next time I go their I’ll try some of their many different sandwiches that I honestly didn’t know they had until I looked at their signboard.
