Decided to finally stop into this Italian restaurant right off hwy 11 and the intersection of 213 in Orfordville and i’m glad I did! I was impressed with how nice and updated the inside of the bar & grill was – started off with some chicken wings and was happy with the 8+ sauce options they gave me. For lunch I tried the Italian Calzone and it was delicious – I thought I would have left overs but it was so good I couldn’t stop eating it until it was gone. I’m already counting down when I can go back and get another one. Also looking forward to trying their HUGE SELECTION of italian speciality dishes!

We have been residents of the area our whole lives and it’s a shame there aren’t any good restaurants near home. Villa looks great and above and beyond for a small town restaurant. However, that is the only thing that is good.
We ordered Friday night fish, cod and walleye, and was told they were busy and to expect a 40 minute wait. I went to pick it up 45 minutes later and was told it would be a few more minutes. 20 additional minutes later it was done. After waiting over an hour we were charged $42 for two fish dinners and I got to say it was absolutely awful. The fish was a stale and dry cream colored display of mushy flakes and over cooked, comprised of an insult to cod. The clam chowder was simply a home made, watered down fishy disaster. Even the fries were disappointment.
If anyone thinks I’m only writing this while hiding behind the keyboard, I will gladly share this experience as many times necessary and with whomever. Here’s hoping for good place to eat around here sometime in the future.

Going for fish fry Friday, reservations at 5:30pm. We were served at almost 7pm. Fish good. Baked potato lukewarm. Decent salad bar. Seemed to employ an age group that could use some training in customer service. Too many choices for Fridays, probably won’t choose this one for next time.

Dined at Villa with my family recently. The food was very good quality. I had fried ravioli, onion rings, pizza, and the Bourbon Burger. Everything was well prepared but the portion size of the onion rings was very small for the price. The bourbon burger was cooked perfectly but could have used more Bourbon. Also, I chose not to buy a soft drink because the price was very high for only one refill.
Our server was friendly and made us feel welcome.
Overall a great place to eat a nice Italian dinner, but I found it lacking in a few small details. Hopefully the owners will improve this in the future!

Quiet, comfortable atmosphere. My husband and I were able to carry on a conversation in quiet volume. The staff was attentive, friendly, and able to make recommendations. The waitress, Debbie, made our experience enjoyable. Very engaging, yet unobtrusive. Thumbs up.
The food… the food.. oh goodness. Delicious! We ordered a stuffed pizza and enjoyed every single bite! You could taste the care taken in the preparation. We came from Milton Wi and will definitely be back.

This past Saturday Night, I was with a group of 12 people celebrating my son’s birthday. My husband had mentioned to the waitress that it was our son’s birthday, and could they possibly bring out a small cake or something to make the occasion special. The waitress said “NO”, we don’t have any small cakes. I thought that maybe they could do a small dessert or something. This was just very disappointing, since any other restaurant would be more than happy to do this for you. The food, overall, was OK, but the service, very sub-standard. I don’t think I will be back.

We have been there a couple of times and walked out because of the poor service. Unless you know the waitress you will be the last to get waited on even though you were there 15 minutes before other people came in. The waitresses wipe off tables and spread the germs to the next table by using the same cloth. The desert they serve you appears to be from Aldi Frozen food section. I am not so sure about the food where that is from. At one time they had a good waitress but needless to say she did not last. The person who is the cashier/ host must be related otherwise I don’t know how he could hold a job with his attitude and lack of personality. This place is a great location is the only reason it has any business however downtown is a better restaurant with quality service and much better food.

Went to supper with family. The chicken and dumpling soup was good. The sauce on the eggplant parmesan was a little spicy. My husband said the sauce on his lasagna was a little spicy also. My sister-in-law said her shrimp tasted good, but her steak tasted funny. Everyone else seemed satisfied with their meals.
