Dang Arby’s you all got to do better or you’re hiring managers got to do better just cause they’re looking for a job does not mean you have to give them one. The only reason why I’m giving two stars is because the strawberry milkshake was great. I got the turkey wrap and There was no wrap about it.It was horrible,Couldn’t even pick it up let alone eat it because the chicken was so old you couldn’t bite into so that was eight dollars that went in the trash a complete mess as you see in the photos . Whoever made that sandwich has no business being on the line.My other issue was when you hand someone their food and or drink look at them don’t be looking the other way and when they say thank you don’t go ah huh that is just plain out rude and disrespectful. That’s the second time in one week we got that attitude so we won’t be back to that location. It’s a shame because this Arby’s location used to be good. I don’t know what y’all changed but you need to be putting it back

Seems like a fairly new location. Places was not only clean inside, but was actually kinda cool looking with the wood and tile lay out. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food came quickly and was correct. By far the best all around Arby’s I have seen in some time. Of I’m around at meal time, that will be my stop.

The restaurant was clean and only being open for two days the place was putting out food quickly. The drive-thru was wrapped around the building. The food was really good and fresh. We had two items left out of our order and it was fixed quickly and came with a genuine apology. The staff is always friendly.

Service was slower than normal but overall had a great experience! The guy at the window with the long pony tail was very nice and respectful.

Love the food but who wants to go in order food and watch the guy fixing the food with his pants waist at his knees 2″ of legs skin then his drawer fixing food. Come on manger make your people look better

Me: May I trouble you to add an apple turnover to my order?
Rep: I already cashed you out.
Me: Well may I place a separate order for an apple turnover?
Rep: We don’t have no more…. they take 20 minutes to make.
Me: Oh, so you do have some, you just have to cook them.
Rep: Well, no, we don’t have none.
Me: Then why bother mentioning how long they take to make if you don’t have any… sort of a moot point.
Rep: Because they do…. another customer had wanted a cherry pie and they waited over 40 minutes.
Me: I thought you said they take 20 minutes.
Rep: The oven has to warm up first. So unless you want to wait 40 minutes.
Me: So again, you DO have some, you just have to cook them?
**Just say you don’t feel like making the apple turnover instead of floundering with excuses**
On top of that terrible exchange, the brisket sandwich was the worst brisket sandwich I’ve had from any Arby’s.

Best Arby’s I’ve been to in a long time. French dip combo and Reuben combo. Both were very good. Restaurant was very clean.

Use to love going to this location. Had great customer service and hot fresh food when first opened but now it’s a hit or miss. Went through drive through and waited on my food then when it came out I ask where was the the Arby’s sauce I was told oh they forgot to put it in there. I said can you get me some please I was told you will have to go around back into the drive through . I said do what! Then I was told we’ll you can go into the lobby and get you some sauce. Mind you I am on my lunch break. If I had time to do all that I would have went in to start with but I thought I wouldn’t have to deal with attitude. Want be back . And I like spending my money in my town.

Watched at least 4 cars pull out of the drive thru after waiting over 10 minutes. I never even was greeted until I asked if anyone was there and then was snapped at. I’ve worked fast good and sometimes you have to multi-task. They lost multiple customers while I was writing this. And now they’ve lost me too.
