Well, the mall was absolutely packed, so I couldn’t find a table for myself, my wife, and my three children. We decided to eat at this place, and I made a mistake when ordering. So, when I paid and they handed me my order, I immediately told them I had made a mistake and asked if they could exchange one portion of pasta for a slice of pizza. They told me it wasn’t possible because they had already packaged everything! It’s ridiculous! I had to get back in line and order the pizza again!

Great pasta and pizza, good price on the side salad too. 4 star JUST because of the fact that you have to pay for a fountain soda refill. Aside from that the food and taste of everything was really good 5 stars. I personally don’t think charging extra for a refill is right. But your food was awesome.

Adventura Mall location does NOT open at 10. Opens at 11 AM. The Mall opens at 9:30.
Turkey plaza on the Florida Turnpike. Order a number of items and some garlic rolls. Good garlic rolls but…small!! Large egg size. And for the price, not worth it. Spaghetti? Wanted large and certainly didn’t seem large unless it’s just one size. Meatballs were actually hard. Few days later at Ventura Mall…Ventura Florida…seen the same restaurant….garlic rolls were almost 2.5 times the size as at the turnpike location! And the spaghetti… no obfuscation folks…..almost twice as much vs the turnpike location…. and the meatballs were not hard.
Not stopping at the turnpike location for this place again. Spent….not exaggerating folks…spent some $85.00 at the turnpike location; waste of money. Should have eaten at another place their.
Adventura location… service was slow..one gal at the counter even though we seen 4 others that came up front including a guy who added some money to the register and then left. 4 people waiting…could have helped out…but no. Took about 15 to get our order otherwise…

The service was poor as they didn’t open on time. When I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken, the person at the front informed me they only had salad, no chicken. Despite this, I accepted it, but the salad wasn’t fresh, the croutons were soggy, and the lettuce was yellow!

I was standing in line with my child, and when I approached the checkout, the employee started serving those who were standing in line behind me. When I asked why they weren’t serving me, she said that in her opinion, I wasn’t standing in line. After that, she continued serving the customers who were standing behind me.
