Wow, when I thought I’ve tried them all and seen the worst. They should be ashamed to sell this. The steak and cheese, pre-cooked was worse than steak um. Nothing but bread. Ham and cheese had 2 slices of ham, all bread. The wings are literally from Costco that you buy in bulk bags and they baked them. The pizza was the only hope and did not hold up. Seriously, the rating and reviews on this place are fake. Do not eat here.

If I can give ZERO stars I would!!!! In the middle of my meal, I found a roach in my food!!!! Completely disgusting. I don’t care what excuse they have — that should never happen in any restaurant, ever. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you’re okay with surprise “extras” in your food. Excellent spot. Ive lived in town my whole life and just never traveled past here until recently. Now it’s my favorite spot to grab lunch. The owner is such a nice guy and the pizza is fantastic. And it’s not just cheese or pepperoni. He has several options. If you like good pizza, buy it from here and support a local business.

I have found the best pizza outside of New Haven, CT. Pizza is one of my favorite foods and I have had all styles, thin crust, pan, deep dish, NY and New Haven styles, to name a few. My favorite is a crumbled sausage pizza with a thin crust. I’m not a fan of sliced sausage. I love Bella’s Gourmet Pizzeria of Newington, CT because they make the best sausage pie outside of New Haven. Additionally, I am a big fan of Bella’s for the following reasons:

1. Customer Service: Faik, the owner is so nice. He’s warm, friendly and he goes out of his way to make his customers happy.
2. Quality: his sausage pie is wonderfully blended on a perfect crust. Normally, when I find a crumbled pie maker the sausage consists of chunks sparsely spread throughout the pie. Faiks sausage is finer and somehow blended nicely into the cheese, so the sausage flavor is more evenly spread throughout the pie.
3. Speed: my pie is normally ready for pickup within 25 minutes.
4. Value: best price I have ever paid for a one topping pizza, $20.39 (with tax!!). In this time of suffocating food inflation, Faik’s Bella’s Gourmet Pizzeria is an incredible, savory deal.

For these reasons, I highly recommend Bella’s. Faik and his sausage pizza are outstanding.
