Villa Pizza at Hadley Center in South Plainfield—I have been coming here for a couple of months now and with my aunt. We both loved it here and it is our go to place every time we want to casually eat out after school sometimes.
The service is amazing whether it is to dine in or pick up orders and the owner is a very friendly guy! I have always loved Villa brand especially when I am always craving for Italians—Villa Pizza as well as Villa Italian Kitchen are one of the same and has been my go to favorite Italians for many years!

I tried pizza at Villa Pizza for the first time and was truly impressed. With its thin, light, and crispy crust, delicious sauce, and generous toppings, every slice was perfect. The buffalo chicken and veggie pizza options were my favorites. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the service was fast, and the orders arrived hot. It has a warm, family-like atmosphere; this is definitely a place pizza lovers should visit! I will definitely be back.

I ordered takeout from Villa Pizza, and I’m so glad I did! I got the Deluxe Pizza and the supreme cheesesteak Sandwich, and wow, both were amazing.
The Pizza was everything I wanted. fresh, generous toppings, a perfectly baked crust, and just the right balance of flavors. The Philly Steak Sandwich was just as impressive. The steak was tender and juicy, the cheese was gooey and delicious, and the roll held everything together perfectly without getting soggy. To top it off, the food smelled incredible.
The best part? Everything was super reasonably priced for the quality and portions. What really stood out was how fresh and hot everything was when I picked it up. They clearly take pride in their food and service. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their menu. If you’re looking for a place with amazing pizza and sandwiches at a great value, Villa Pizza is it!

Pretty good pizza place overall. I enjoyed the buffalo chicken pizza, which was generous in size and had a crispy crust. The pizza tasted good, the staff was very attentive and friendly, prices were reasonable, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. It’s not extraordinary, but it certainly is a great place to go for a slice of pizza.

We were around the complex for shopping and thought of giving this a try.
Buffalo chicken pizza was not at all disappointing , it was yummy, well cooked and pretty filling.
Garlic knots were okayish, didn’t really have much taste of garlic and was more like just bread.
We will be going back for buffalo chicken.

The people are always sooo nice at Villa! They’re so nice and efficient and the pizza is always great! My husband and I go on a pizza lunch date once a month here to have the cheese pie and two sodas. Thank you Villa Pizza for a great meal under $24.00 for two people! YUM YUM YUM DELICIOUS!

Came here a last week and let me tell you the pizza was incredible. I got the buffalo chicken pie for my friends and I and we were all hungry for more. We later ordered again at night! Got cheesesteaks, a plain and another buffalo chicken pie. I even asked the owner if he could write my name in the pizza with the ranch and he did! What an awesome guy! The cheesesteak was awesome and the pizza was again on point. Everything from the sauce to the crust and the cheese was exceptional. This place is my go to pizza place now
