Very poor experience.
From the moment we arrived, the service was disrespectful. When we ordered an Immune Builder through the drive-thru, the employee responded over the speaker with a clear “Oh my God,” which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Despite that, I continued with the order.
After paying, we waited over 40 minutes without receiving a single smoothie. About 20 minutes into the wait, they asked if I had a pickup order, even though the order was clearly placed at the drive-thru. Then they asked again what I had ordered, showing a serious lack of organization.
Later, they handed me the wrong smoothie and assumed the order was complete, when I had actually ordered two smoothies and still had not received my Immune Builder. When I requested a refund, the staff was once again rude.
To make matters worse, the store itself was a mess. It looked unsanitary, the workspace was disorganized, and the employees’ uniforms were dirty, which is very concerning for a place that prepares food and drinks.
I do not recommend this location at all. Customer service, cleanliness, and overall organization need serious improvement.

First time coming here and last time coming here. After reading the reviews, I was amazed at how similar my experience was to some of the other customers. It just comes down to poor customer service and terrible management. There is a sign at the register that says $3.99 loaded toast with ANY smoothie. The key word is ANY. It is capitalized and in bold letters. My daughter even said out loud, “Dad, it’s only $3.99. Can I try it?” I said sure and ordered along with a 32oz smoothie. Looking at the receipt while waiting, I was charged full price for the toast, which is $5.29. I returned to the register and was told that the discounted price is good only with certain smoothies. Umm…no. It says ANY smoothie, again in big bold letters. Then, another employee said they were out of blueberries. What? How is Smoothie King out of an absolutely core ingredient in most shakes they sell? I asked for a refund on the toast. The shift supervisor, without saying anything to me or apologizing, took my receipt and processed the refund. I explained my disappointment at the ambiguity of their loaded toast pricing policy, and she still did nothing. Employees who are properly trained by management should know how to handle this simple situation. Since the store is wrong by falsely advertising a discounted price on a product, customer service 101 states that I should have been given the discount, or at the very least an apology. And to be out of blueberries? Unacceptable, and also a reflection of management. So, looks like the low rating at this location is well earned.

When I arrived on Location, I noticed that there was a bonfire so I went inside. I noticed that the line was going down so fast as I waited for my smoothie which only took about less than A few minutes to make I feel like everyone working today deserves a great review and some notice. Keep up the great work Jazz, Teagan, Keyara & Elias! The service was just as great as my smoothie thank again !

The Lady I met there this december 2025 was very unfriendly. She kept squeezing her face like I was disturbing her meanwhile I was only trying to ensure I don’t have a lot of sugar in my protein bowl. It was early hours and I was the only one there so I couldn’t understand where she was rushing too. Tell your staff to be nicer or we take our money to Nekter (THE BEST IN HOUSTON).
