I tried Villa Italian for the first time, and really enjoyed it! The restaurant is clean and has lots of seating, the service is friendly and helpful, and the food is very tasty and well portioned. I had the fried calamari, the gyro sandwich, and Spaghetti Arrabiata. Overall a great experience, I will definitely be back!

Ordered a steak and cheese sub paid for extra tomatoes,oil and vinegar and cut in half. received Four pieces of tomato and no oil and vinegar and not cut in half. Steak was over cooked ( burnt).. fries where cold. Would not recommend this place.

Karen had the mannacotti and I had a roast beef hogie. Mine was fresh, the banana peppers added a little kick. Karen said her’s was average. $23 for both of us including 2 bottles of water.

Although the dining room is closed, you can still pick up food here. We had a group of seven and everyone enjoyed their selection. It’s just a few blocks from the science museum and a good choice after your visit!

I ordered 12 inch Italian sub the lettuce was brown the meat on it was not enough to put between one slice of bread. I cut the sub in half and I put the toppings on one half of the sub bread minus the lettuce. The sub bread is thick I barely could taste the meat. I also ordered the 12 inch Steak and Cheese sub. It wasn’t the best or the worst. Order was delivered I paid $29.65. Too much money if you don’t get what you paid for. When you have food delivered these restaurants don’t prepare food the same way as they do when you are there in person. I will not buy anything else from them!

If you’re looking for mom and pop style Italian food, Villa Italian is the place for you. Their specialty in my opinion would be their oven-baked pasta dishes, which are always perfectly cooked and delicious. The restaurant is usually very quiet and lovely, making it a great date spot, but we usually order takeout from here for our movie nights!

The folks behind the counter were very kind and polite. The food though was in need of help. It was easy to tell the higher cost in keeping a restaurant going was affecting the quality of the food we ordered. Unfortunately the tea was the best…and the uncleanliness overall was concerning.
