The service was really good.
I forgot the lady’s name but an older lady seemed to be leading the team and helped me at the cash register.
I also got the mushroom bacon thin crust pizza because that’s my favorite from Pizza Hut.

I am so tired of this location, but it’s the only one that delivers to my side of Provo. I’ve been forgiving of the frequent errors in my orders because they will often credit my card back for the food that ends up missing. Today, I placed an order at 4:56PM and the food didn’t arrive until 6:10PM. It was missing 2 orders of chicken wings. I tried multiple times to call the store and had to deal with the automated system, a centralized call center where they wanted to take an order until I told them it was a complaint and every time I *did* make it through to the store I ended up hearing a busy tone for 2 cycles and got hung up on, including the time an actual employee put me on hold. Long story short, I’m just eating the cost off the food I never got delivered because the entire system is too much of a hassle to keep dealing with and I’m done eating Pizza Hut. Between their shoddy app and worse quality assurance, I’d rather eat the cardboard underneath a frozen pizza than deal with this location and their parent company again!

Ordered online, they made my order late, when I got home it was missing ingredients, tried calling a bunch of times and couldn’t get through to the store. Had to drive back down, then the staff said 10 minutes, 30 minutes later for my pizza. Not a fan, and very stingy on the ingredients.

Lisa and Bailey were both super nice to us. They were definitely having some technological issues with taking our order (which seemed to be a normal thing) but we weren’t in a rush. If you’re in a hurry, I would not recommend ordering in store.

This place was fantastic! Bailey (the shift manager when I visited) was amazing to us. We had a pretty large order and she handled it perfectly! Huge props to her! The food tasted incredible as well. Strongly recommend this location.
