Social Profile:

Villa Italian Kitchen was founded with one store, one family, and one concept in 1964 when our founder, Michele “Michael” Scotto brought his authentic old-world recipes from Naples, Italy to New York City. Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. Since our first Villa Pizza next to the CBS/Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway, our commitment to quality and genuine hospitality remains the basis of our foundation.

Counter-serve pizza chain with traditional pies & slices, plus pasta & other Italian staples.

NATIVE AMERICAN HERE!!!!!
My husband & I bought dinner here after a long day of work. I specifically told the lady who worked there that I wanted one container with spaghetti and another with another type of pasta, as I didn’t want them mixed together in the same plate. It turned out that she ignored me and put both in one container! Also, once I got home, I noticed a LOT of oil was pooling up under the food! I used THREE different paper towels to try to clean it up, but it didn’t help. I was too disgusted to finish the food! To make things even worse, we paid $27 for 2 plates! It might’ve been worth it if the food was good, but it wasn’t! The taste of the spaghetti sauce is gross as well
. You’d THINK that since they charge so much for what they call food, they’d at least know how to cook it! If I could give this place less than one star, I would! DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE, YOU’LL REGRET IT!!!

The place had food that all LOOKED good, but, amazingly, had no flavor at all. Pepperoni pizza slice was completely devoid of flavor, sauce was like thick water, could only tell the difference between cheese and pepperoni by texture. Crust was actually decent by itself though, so that only makes it more confusing. I also got a cucumber, tomato, and onion salad that had some sort of oil that seemed to counteract the natural flavors or the veggies. They weren’t bad looking, and had a good firmness and texture to them, they just didn’t really taste like anything. I almost thought it was me, except the canned soda they gave me instead of the fountain drink listed in the combo tasted spot on.

Very nice people, quick service, everything looks nice. Just have to assume their management/ownership managed to find some way to severely cut costs and quality.

The staff was really amazing. With helping with the right pick of pizza, I was sold on just getting one kind and I end up leaving with two slices, pepperoni and cheese. The food is delicious! The service was fast! Love that since I only had a short amount of a lunch break.
Shout out to Byron and Sarah!! Awesome job!

Terrible experience. The pizza was cold, and the customer service was even worse. When I brought it up, they were rude and showed zero interest in fixing the problem. Complete lack of professionalism. Save your money and order somewhere else

Came to eat with family and my sister in law ordered what looked like a calzone. Got her order and the dough was raw inside and we just wanted a different calzone but the Manager was very rude to my mother in law. Instead of giving her another calzone he gave her a refund in cash but crumpled up the cash before handing it to her and kept arguing with Mother in Law. My mother in law took a picture of the Manager and establishment to report it and he came back outside pointing at us and saying things from afar as he took a picture back. Pretty much freaked out and displayed ill mannerism and poor customer service over his raw dough. Unfortunate experience but others deserve to know.

The owner (male) and cashier (female) are very extremely rude people. Had another lady working there that hardly under stood English but was nice and confused. We’ll never return and we won’t recommend this place to no one. In fact we discouraged you from going there and experiencing their rudeness. They should show appreciation that we are spending our money there, however they done complete opposite.

Didn’t expect much, and I was correct. Pizza is both bland and smokey. Maybe for kids, but adults should pick a different place. Customer service was good.

It’s the best pizza in Austin, my favorite was the cheese one, and the cashier and manager were very friendly.
