Tonight we ordered two order’s of the hard shell chicken tacos and the chicken was very dry. And then we ordered some salsa and chips and the salsa was very watered down. We called and asked for a refund because we ordered from DoorDash and they wouldn’t give our refund back but they did offer if we wanted something else and we said yes we will try the fajitas. The best part was the drinks we got and that was the Shirley temples. The staff was very nice when I called, food was just not great.

Authentic Mexican food made and served by white folks – my brain hurt, but my stomach forgave them. Somehow, they nailed it. Tacos were fire, salsa slapped, and the beer was colder than my ex’s heart. Confusing? Absolutely, yet delicious…100%

The best Mexican Food we had in CA. Hands down! De waitress was also super friendly and quick. The chips we got were very tasty and crunchy with super b salsa, both unlimited refill. We had Fautas (the very best Fautas I ever had) and Chili Colorado (super tasty). It was not very crowded and honestly we don’t understand why. The food was soo good! And so was the service. 10/10 would recommend.

Located in downtown AG, free street parking, nice small town shopping area. Warm casual decor, enough choices on the menu for most folks. Service was friendly but confused and generally inept. We were seated without menus or napkins & utensils, we had to get up and ask the staff for both, I ordered coffee but never got it. Kitchen was quick and the food was good. I might go again and hope for a different waiter.

We’ve now been here for a year and have been to most places in the area. For Mexican food this is still our go to. The portions are wonderful and the food is phenomenal and the wait staff is amazing. They started offering breakfast and it’s absolutely delicious! They are so accommodating and take such good care of you while you are here. Sometimes on Friday I’ll have a drink with my dinner and they make the most fantastic raspberry lemon drop I’ve ever had so highly highly recommend that. Also the nachos are huge and usually my daughter’s and I split them and we’ve never left hungry. Loaded with toppings and tons of chips. Their aioli sauce is spectacular on everything! Love this place! Come check out their breakfast! You won’t be sad! We ordered the avocado toast the breakfast burrito and my other daughter with egg sensitivities got their villa burrito. None of us left hungry!
New in town and came here to find a good Mexican place. Loved the whole experience. The waitress was so sweet and patient and the food was phenomenal. Absolutely coming back!

The salsa is house made and AMAZING And the nest part is you can buy it to take it home!! The flash friend chips are the best especially when warm!!

The portions were big and a beautiful presentation! I got the nachos grande, which looked spectacular at first…. Until I dug in.. the cheese layer didn’t start until half way down, all the refried and black beans were literally at the bottom on the plate making the last layer mushy and the al pastor was very dry and cubed. I wasn’t able to finish it.
Very disappointing.

Hubby had the jeffe burrito, wet with green sauce with carne.. which also was dry and could have benefited from more “wet”

The place seems like a great place to hang out and talk with friends , the music wasn’t too loud. The lighting was decent. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the service was friendly.

Might try and come back during a lunch hour.

Even if you’re not hungry, in you’re passing through town stop by for the salsa!!!

I ordered food to go. First time eating here. I’m disappointed in the food I ordered the chili Colorado enchiladas were just ok. The beans weren’t refried they pureed void of much flavor. The cilantro lime rice was dry and had no flavor as well. The chips and salsa were the best part of the meal. I definitely will not order from here again.

First time here. Weeks ago I overheard a conversation where people were praising the food so I wanted to try it for myself.
Good decision! Went in alone at 7pm on New Year’s Eve and it wasn’t crowded.
Had a drink at the bar while waiting for a small table to open up.
Staff was superb from the moment I walked in and throughout the evening.
I wanted something that wasn’t on the menu and thought it I would have to go elsewhere. My waitress said they would be happy to make my request, no problem. Delicious chicken fajitas!
Be aware they do charge for every little thing. (extra tortillas, sour cream, etc.) But not too much.
Bartender doubled as a waitress, without losing a step, as it got busier. My waitress, Grace, could not have been better. Attentive but not overly so. Genuine, friendly, knowledgeable, on top of things.
I noticed a lovely blond woman helping out and discovered she is one of the owners. I spoke with her and she said all the owners were born and raised locally. Rare, these days. I praised her exceptional choices in selecting staff.
The atmosphere is casual, comfortable, friendly. I never felt rushed or ignored. (unlike several other local restaurants where they treat a solo diner like a nuisance). In fact, I almost felt pampered.
Women’s restroom was wheelchair accessible, clean, and (bonus!) had a little shelf to put your things as well as a couple hooks to hang a jacket or purse. So thoughtful.
Parking might be a problem at busy times. Street parking, public lot across the street, and some spaces behind the building.

Stopped in for a meal at lifter a visual arts program at local high school. It was about 35 minute to closing time. The kept the cool for a little longer. They made time and allowed us to have a late meal. The food was brought out pretty quickly. Brought us chips and salsa, chips were very good and the salsa was tasty not spicy like we prefer. The waitress was so awesome and attentive. Our Jefe Burrito was humongous enough for 2-3 people, it unfortunately was not hot if barely warm. It was tasty. I guess it was because we got there so late. So I understand. My granddaughter had the carne asada fries, also tasty. I’d say it’s a pretty good except that food was not piping hot. I appreciate them allowing us to serve us.
