The Ruben sandwich sandwich is good. It’s not too oily on the bread, made with marble rye. The meat was grilled prior to the sandwich being made. Not overloaded with dressing, but not enough making the sandwich dry. The Sarkraut has very little favor and differently not enough.
Only Coors products, I am a Budweiser drinker . The table was sticky, and a spider hanging from the ceiling.

Even though we have a place in the area we had never been in here and we stopped in for lunch today and it was such a surprise in the best way. The server was super sweet. The food was amazing and the place was impeccably clean.

Good food and good people. We were treated like regulars and had the chance to join in on conversation. We had a burger and salad, and it was all 10/10. We were a bit ansy seeing that everything in town seemed to be closed after 8, but this place and their open sign was our saving grace.

Stopped through when traveling with my wife and 3 kiddos. I honestly don’t have any complaints about this place. Maybe the pizza could have been a touch hotter but the flavor was on point. The food was good, our waitress was awesome. I would definitely stop through here again.

The staff are great! The rooms are fun and clean! The outside area is inviting and comfortable! This place is definitely a destination stay. There’s not allot to do in town but you’ll have everything you need right on the hotel grounds to make a fun vacation worth the stay.

Basically your cowboy bar n grill. Great portions. We had the Club with fries and the Reuben with salad. Going to try another entree next time we come. Great prices and service. Hubby said the fries are just like his Grandma used to make.

The onion rings here are off the hook!! They are gigantic, and the batter is crispy and delicious! My husand and I also shared a club sandwich that was quite good. The wait staff is very nice and prompt with service. The rustic atmosphere is very comfortable and inviting.

It’s Offcial. This is currently the BEST FOOD you will find in Burns OR. I ate here last night and had a small pizza, and it was perfect. Tonight I had the special, Fried chicken and fries… I was holding expectations since most places serve a dry/bland dish, but not Central. This was seasoned beautifully and moist, with great fries alongside. 100% go here for all your meals if you live in Burns.

Not your usual bar vibe. Don’t let the outside fool you. This place has great food and exceptional service (Sara, our server, made the meal an even greater experience. Give this woman a raise!). I had a club sandwich, which was made exactly how I ordered it (and it was great). My husband had the fish platter which had generous portions. They adjusted his meal to fit his dietary restrictions. Would hands down go there again.
