I had the Machaca burrito for breakfast. It was ready in about 2 minutes and was hot, tasty and gooey. I topped it with a little mild (light green) hot sauce and inhaled it in less time than it took them to make it.

It’s a stationary food truck and it is amazing! I had 1 of each street taco to try and none disappointed. I took the food to a local brewery and they immediately knew where we got out from and raced about the food. It is a must stop!

Its a burrito truck, make no mistake, there isnt anything fancy about it. The breakfast burrito I had was simply delicious. The red sauce had a bit of a bite and an amazing flavor. This is definitely on my list next time Im in the area.

Pretty small burritos and not much flavor. The “hot” sauce is just sauce. It’s not hot at all. Maybe this is normal for Nebraska? If you want true breakfast burritos continue west to Colorado

We stopped on Monday on our way back to Denver. My husband and I each had a carne asada burrito with fries inside. Our kids had bean and cheese burritos, and steak tacos. Our burritos were insanely delicious. I immediately wished we bought more than one each. Our kid with the tacos was so excited that they were street taco style, just like we had in Mexico. There wasn’t a crumb left. I can’t wait to go back! Next time, we will ask for guac and sour cream in our burritos, and we will get more food.

The burrito bowls were wonderful! My husband had the pork and I had the chicken. The churros are excellent!! It’s definitely worth stopping if you’re anywhere close.
