Came to Villa Barolo for a birthday dinner as a party of 10 and it could not have been any better! The food was exceptional the service was amazing! Had the calamari and mussels as appetizer both were very tasty. The lamb chops entree was the BEST lamb chops I have had in years the glaze was delightful. My plate was cleaned spotless by the end I almost ordered more to go! Special shout out to the server Micah he provided exceptional service was very helpful and went out of his way to provide some of best service we have experienced! Will definitely be back soon!

Went for Valentine’s day. Drove over an hour to get there. Ordered their tasting menu. Calamari tasted frozen and wasn’t anything special. Octopus dish was the best dist of the night. Both the spring salad and the Caesar salad were horrible. Filet Mignon was way off, not even close to what I ordered and even seemed like the wrong cut of meat. Lobster ravioli was – sweet? Why are we adding sugars to lobster? Tasted like something you could get at Costco frozen. Wait staff was chaotic and uncoordinated. Asked about wines and they didn’t even know. Will not be returning especially after paying over $150 for food I could make better at my house. For $150 drive literally anywhere in the greater king of Prussia or Philadelphia area instead. Don’t waste your money.

One star solely based on good service. My family came in here after driving by many times. Seeking good Italian food, this wasn’t it. Menu is super small, not what you expect going to an Italian restaurant. I ordered the penne vodka and when I tell you it was the WORST version I have ever had, I am not lying. My husband and son ordered chicken dishes and both chicken dishes were rubbery/overcooked they had trouble even cutting them. The side of vegetables must’ve been deep fried in oil, those too were disgusting. My little one ordered spaghetti and meatballs, I’m 99% sure the meatballs were boiled in water. Came out dry and ashy/white. Do not waste your time or money on this place, the food is as bad as the decor.

Online the menu listed exotic meats. Once we where seated the waiter told us there was no exotic meats and most of the seafood they where out of. The veal parm was very good but portion size was extremely small. After dinner I had to stop somewhere for more food as I was still hungry.

Really disappointed with this visit. The bottle of wine I ordered was out of stock, so they switched me to another bottle. I trusted them. The Chef had given me some great recommendations in the past, but it turns out they switched me to a wine that I could buy for $11 and they charged me $55. Their explanation was that the soda is not worth $5 a glass but that is what they charge. Really lost trust in these folks and would be surprised if I ever came back –
The food was quite good and I enjoy their restaurant week offering. That’s the menu I posted. The Mediterranean puff pastry was delicious with that cognac cream sauce and the pheasant was stuffed with a delicious veal sausage. It was a little dry without enough sauce, and with the service that night I was not going to get anymore. But other than that it was terrific.
Despite this, I still won’t go back. I have no qualms about the restaurant making money, but I do expect to receive fair value in their recommendations.

The scallops are amazing! I mean really!!!! They cooked perfectly. It’s soft and I can tell that is fresh! My family and I will definitely visit again to try other dishes from the menu. Plus, they have great service and friendly employees.

Had a girls lunch. Ordered 2 apps, 2 salads, 6 entrees (some specials) and 6 desserts. Plus about 15 cocktails… total came out slightly under 700 with tip. Food was good. Restaurant could be a little more updated but overall I would go back.
