*Sigh* Glide I really didn’t want to do this it took everything in me to write this review… we have been coming for years now and you are our go to spot for pizza we drive 45 mins to have your pizza. But the last 4-5 times have been a complete let down….

Something has changed the dough? You don’t get that crisp anymore it’s a very soggy floppy pizza… we had ordered three large pizzas all of them were not crisp at all. The last time before tonight we had to have them remake them because it was like biting into raw dough.
This has happened on multiple occasions. My husband and myself wanted to give the benefit of the doubt the few times we came again to see if it changes but nope. Tonight was the last straw
Very disheartening this used to be our all time favorite place for an authentic pie. Include the Decatur location. Now we will have to find another place.

I’ve had their Pizza before, the slices that I had before were better. This time the slice was thin and too crisp, still felt hungry after eating one. That wasn’t the case the last time I had a slice. Would have liked a little more dough as before. However they did accommodate my request with adding basil to my cheese pizza so I appreciate them for that.

Astonishing , I came to this establishment With high hopes that it was going to be a delicious meal. I’m here to say they definitely didn’t disappoint. The flour they used was light and digest with ease. I absolutely never order cheese pizza because it brings nothing to the table . The only reason I order it that day because my mom wanted it . You know I had to take a piece of her pizza . I’m glad I did, The Glide made me rethink about cheese pizza. Yes, I had no toppings, but it didn’t eat none the way that they make the pizza taste refreshing the dough Is light the crust has the right texture you’re looking for literally a basic cheese pizza had my mouth watering at the end , yearning for more . By far, pepperoni is my staple for pizza. Throughout my experience, trying those three pizza they stay consistent with how light the dough is. The pepperoni pizza give you a New York/Chicago vibe to it not too thick, but also not too thin just right where you need it ti be . By far as I’m making this review, the cloud has the best pepperoni pizza. In my opinion pepperoni was fresh. Went to the Decatur location. Ordered fried mozz and 3 slices. Fried mozz never came and our slices were wrong. Probably because the bartender was hiding behind the drink machine stuffing his face and coming to talk to us with a mouth full of food. To top it off the order was $36 including tip but get home and see a $51 charge off of my card. There is no number to call. So here we are.

Tried this place for the first time today after seeing the reviews. Ordered two slices to go with ranch. They gave me a paper bag with the slices loosely stacked on paper plates that by the time I made my less-than-10-minute drive home, the bag had completely soaked with pizza grease and the slices were falling apart upon removal. They also forgot the side of ranch I paid for. I think I’ll stick to Varuni Napoli across the street which maintains more professional service standards.
