The tortillas are the best, handmade and fluffy! The beans reminded me of my grandmothers, very good. The papas were what I wanted but sadly were dry from being reheated instead of fresh. The eggs were a good portion and fresh but were drowning in the oil from the barbacoa on the side. It’s also located in a gas station so seating is at the back rather than near the food area. Would definitely get tacos to go in the future but platters a no for me.

Found my new breakfast spot in the neighborhood. They also serve lunch, which I haven’t tried yet. They have a well-known location off Navigation that gets a lot of business. I’ve always wanted to try the navigation location. Now, there’s a location right down the street. Good portions of food.

Decided to eat lunch here based on the reviews….meh….breakfast may be way better but the protein for my tacos seemed to be sitting in the bins since morning and nothing fresher prepared. I had 1 fajita taco and 1 carne guisada taco..the fajita was DRY, tasted OVERCOOKED, the guisada was delicious. I’m usually not a fan of pre-packaged salsas since it usually indicates it’s not made fresh…but it was OK(only had the green). The tortillas were freshly cooked on the grill but they also tasted like the dough was not made fresh.

Surprisingly the food was pretty good and hot despite it being at a gas station. We got the huevos rancheros plate with bacon, a bacon super taco and a barbacoa taco.

I’ve came to this location 5 times already, and usually drive to Navigation, but wanted to give this location a chance since its closer to home, but I think I’ll stick to my original location. Every time I come the food is always overcooked ,and tortillas are never fresh. Also the salsa is always over expanded im not sure if its full, or expired, but they have bursted twice on me.

Best breakfast tacos and platers no matter what you choose. Tacos and platers are always well filled with your choice of meats. Corn and flour tortillas are always fresh. I definitely recommend Villa Arcos new location and their food. I have been a long time customer since their original location on Navigation near downtown. Thank you Villa Arcos for having a closer location.
