The standout for me, though, was the service. Siana was adorable and super helpful – she noticed I was trying to decide on a drink and recommended the horchata coffee. One sip, and I’m hooked; it’s creamy, cinnamon-y, and the ideal mix of sweet and caffeinated.
If you’re in Houston and love authentic tacos, do yourself a favor and stop by. I’ll definitely be a regular from now on.”
I ordered the Barbacoa Plate and the Barbacoa Super Breakfast Taco. The meat was incredible—super tender, flavorful, and not overly greasy. The “Super” taco definitely lives up to its name; the portion sizes are huge!
Beyond the food, the vibe here is what keeps me coming back. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and they make you feel right at home. You really can’t beat the prices, either. It’s rare to find a place this cheap that serves food this high-quality. If you haven’t been yet, you are missing out!
I order once per week or twice, early in the morning for 7am meetings. So, my orders go from 30-35 tacos every time .
Their tacos are really good, they are generous with the sizes so you do get what you pay for. Now, the only issue for me is that no matter how long in advance I place my order, when I arrive to pick up, they aren’t ready yet. If I call the order in, or I place it online… same thing. And the lady who’s always there early before 7am shes always making me faces bc I’m rushing them, she gets so bothered. Well, I’m sorry lady… I have somewhere to be on time. Can’t be late ! I think my weekly orders aren’t good enough for you.
I switched from ordering from brothers taco bc theirs are so greasy. But, with a broken heart, I might have to go back to them again.
***My only issue is timing, not the quality of their tacos***
Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the taste of my meal. The prices were normal for the Navigation area, so no surprises there, but the flavor just did not land for me. Because of that, I would not return.
I got the bacon super and chorizo and potato both tasty and filling.
