This is not just a regular restaurant. It is a specialty Vietnamese Restaurant. Authentic Vietnamese classics and street food (try the seafood). They are not going for the minimum here.. with over a 165 food selection, it shows the range of the chefs that prepares the food and all of it taste legit Vietnamese! All praises and would definitely come back again and again and again. 10/10 would recommend!!!

We ordered the roll your own spring rolls. It had pork, shrimps wrapped in meat, and a ground meat wrapped in seaweed (I think). Everything tasted good.

They left the shrimp tails on which I know everybody does but they shouldn’t, especially when it’s wrapped with something because it makes it very not nice to bit into unknowingly.

I didn’t feel they had enough noodles or veggies and the actual rice paper was much smaller than other places we have gone.

Hubs LOVED the dipping sauce and wanted me to take every last bit of it home (lol)

Over all the restaurant was very clean and was nicely decorated. We went on a Monday afternoon so there was only one other family there but the service was good, fast, and friendly. It was very good food and it all tasted good. Food presentation was beautiful and you can tell they take a great deal of pride in their food. I would say it was a little fancier than some of the other places we have gone for this sort of meal.

The current 4.2/5 rating for this place makes no sense to me. I haven’t been to Vietnam or anything to try the most authentic food, but I’ve always felt I’ve had good standards for Vietnamese food. This place raised my bar. I’m just visiting Colorado, but when I go back to where I came from I’ll be a little sad knowing the best Vietnamese I’ve had is far away.

I haven’t been to another local Vietnamese restaurant that has the spirit and tenacity to prepare such a wide variety of traditional and ethic food. Although they pride themselves as a Vietnamese restaurant, I see plenty of crossovers that represent the South East Asian cooking.

It does take someone who understands food preparation and the appreciation of Asian food to see why they didn’t just offer what is simple and main stream like many other Vietnamese restaurants you’ll find in town. Eatery like Viets restaurant who are ambitious about their menu, has the skills, and courage showcasing their culinary are very rare in Colorado Springs. Food was delicious, service was attentive, menu I already spoken a lot, and pricing is slightly higher end but worth it.

Yum! Everything I order is always delicious and fresh! I usually order the combo Pho. My last visit I tried something new ordered the stuffed chicken wings.. Amazing! They stuff two large wings, deep fry, then slice them. The wings are served with the same veggies as the eggrolls: lettuce, cucumber, herbs, marinated carrots and dip…. Highly recommend!

Quick service with large servings. Watch out for the garlic chili sauce on the table it was difficult to dispense and I ended up with some sauce on my clothes. Missing cilantro on pho plate otherwise a great experience with tasty food.

Beware of SCAMS!

Take your receipt, or they may steal from you!

I had dinner here with a friend, the total bill came to $38.6, I didn’t take the receipt, a few days later I checked my credit card statement and the charge was $44.6! Its not about a few bucks, its about their dishonest practice. Just go somewhere else, their pho isn’t even that good!

The place may not look like much, but the food is delicious! Enjoyed Pho Tai and egg rolls here. The meat ratio in the Pho Tai was generous and perfect! Looking forward to coming back!

I love, love, love Pho. Viet’s Restaurant on North Academy. The location is hiding in plain site and I had overlooked this place for a couple years. The Pho is served very fresh with a healthy serving of whatever protein is ordered. Many other places seem to have a cameo protein appearance, but Viet’s gives nice portions. This is my new local favorite!
