Nice little place in Dalhart, TX. The food is hot and fresh and tasty, although I would say that meat needs some more seasoning in my opinion. The tortillas are fresh, the salsa is made in house, and they will grate fresh cheese on your chips…a nice tasty touch. Our service was good even though it was very busy…seems like the town loves this little place.

Driving through Texas to get back to Colorado and stopped for some Mexican food out here in the middle of nowhere, pleasantly surprised that it was quite good. I especially liked their chips (fresh and hot) and their salsa (excellent).

I’ve been here twice and had their chicken enchilada dinner both times. It’s better than any other big chain restaurant I’ve been to. Do yourself a favor and get the cheese chips as well!

Stopped on a whim traveling from out of town. I come from Kansas City where KCK is known for amazing Mexican food. The place was spotless, the girls were friendly and the food was good.

Stopped for lunch while traveling. You know it’s good when you see all the local cars. Very tasty, with a sopapilla! I couldn’t eat mine at the restaurant, but it was even good the next day! Fresh made tortilla chips and fresh salsa!

Are you kidding me? This place is making its own chips and sopapillas! We had two half combos and a green chile burrito for the 3 of us. All excellent, and great value for money. My son wants to move west for better access to every day green chile gravy like this.
