This place is the REAL DEAL. My favorite thing about visiting Vietnam was the food and when I took the first bite out of my bahn mi from here I swear I was transported back to the streets of Hanoi. Cannot rate highly enough. The baguette was fresh and crusty, tofu was succulent, fresh veggies crisp and bright…. And the prices are extremely reasonable! Add to that the awesome, authentic ambiance and you’ve got a winner!!!!

REALLY good pho! And the lady working here was so nice and welcoming and helped with any questions I had including how to eat the spring rolls which I’ve apparently been doing wrong this whole time. But this place is literally so cute and exactly what we needed in Oakland I am very excited to eat here more can’t recommend enough!

I had the Pork Banh Mi Sandwich and the Beef Pho Soup, both the soup and the sandwich were delicious. There are a variety of drinks, try the Ginger Honey. The owner was very polite and friendly. This is now one of my regular stops.

Delicious food. I started with a chicken summer roll, which was surprisingly light and refreshing. 2 of those would make a good lunch and they’re very reasonably priced. Now, onto the best Bahn Mi in Pittsburgh. It starts with a soft yet well structured baguette , homemade pickles, and perfectly seasoned lemongrass pork. The flavors and textures all work together beautifully, which leads me to the pho broth. This broth is aromatic, rich, and delicious. Without a doubt the best new restaurant around.

I’ve been here several times as an Oakland local and keep coming back! My go to is the delicious beef pho, shrimp summer roll w/ peanut sauce, and honey ginger drink. Pho-rankie, the owner, is super kind and personable. She and the staff are always welcoming AND know me by name. On top of that, it is a great home vibe and a much needed addition to the Oakland neighborhood.

It’s so sad that this place is closing in search of a new location this Saturday. Found it so late. This is probably the 3rd place in Pittsbrugh that sells decent pho and that is coming from someone who grew up having pho from Vietnamese friends and families, and from Philly and NYC area. Hope they find a new place soon!!!

Authentic Vietnamese food. Me and my friend both got beef pho ($20) and thai tea($4).Both were 5s and we even had leftover pho . The thai tea was the pedal amount of sweetness and was reasonably priced! I loved the decorations and the music! Very kind owner! Will be back soon for sure!!

Super charming and authentic no-frills pho restaurant. Service was kind, caring, and thoughtful. Pho was delicious and really hit the spot on a cold wintry day! You know you’re at the right place when every table comes equipped with 10 different sauces, homemade chili paste, and appetizer orders are relayed back to the kitchen with a megaphone. Would highly recommend!
