This js my local McDonald’s. Food is usually good. Like all fast food sometimes the fries are old but mever had a bad sandwich. Definitely do breakfast right when I treat myself occasionally. Service is good but not a fan of how McDonald’s is doing away with cashiers but that is bigger then this location.

Clean and efficient. Our order was ready quickly and delivered by an associate. He even went back to get us ketchup! Very helpful staff and clean restaurant. The dining area is very accessible with open ended tables and booths and brailled table numbers. Great location.

I go in and order off of the Monopoly menu to try and get some of those codes and I order three separate items off of that menu so, to me that means I’ll get three different chances to win something and then when I get my food only the fries has the ticket on it and the drink and the burger don’t so what’s the point in having that stuff in the monopoly menu if it’s not gonna give you a chance to win anything. Very annoying.

This McDonald’s is so understaffed for the amount of business they get. Let’s be honest I waited over 20 minutes and still didn’t get my food. If you’ve got that kind of time to waste, this is your spot. Otherwise, just go across the street to Burger King, where they’re never busy

Don’t eat here. I would give 0 stars if I could. After waiting 10 minutes in drive through. We didn’t get all our food. Ordered 4 burgers and a salad. Salad was all we received even though the drive through person said everything was in the bag. After realizing we were missing the burgers. We parked and went inside. Told the cashier. She said she would take care of us right away. We waited over 15 minutes for the burgers and left. I checked the receipt just to confirm the time actually took 15 minutes. I wouldn’t make this up.
So it gets worse. Once we got home. Salad had a rock in it. Seriously… size of a penny.

You really need to section off the drive thru lane so cars aren’t able to cut off cars that are already in line. I’ve seen cars cut in front of the line coming from the CVS side, and cars drive around the line as you enter the drive thru lane and jump ahead of everyone else. I’ve suggested this to several managers and the response is “ok, I’ll let someone know.”
Picked up dinner today and got cold food and rude employees- including the manager. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for food when they weren’t even busy. Said hello and thank you to both boys at both windows and neither one said hello or even acknowledged me. They just handed me the receipt and food and walked away. Where are their manners?! I called the restaurant to let them know and the “manager” answered the phone with a “hello” and an attitude. I said never-mind and hung up because clearly she wasn’t going to get the point if that’s how she answered the phone.

It took 1hr to get 2 snack wraps a quarter pounder with cheese French fries and a drink their were at least 8 people in the kitchen working that is totally unexceptable. Also placed a Togo order
