We passes by this place many times and it’s always packed, we made the effort go in and try the food. I had the House Special Pho and got jasmine tea and my wife had their Bun Bo Hue and salt lemonade. The foods and drinks were alright. She liked her food and drink. My noodle was alright and the tea was just a half cup. Their customer service can use some improvement. We has to ask for menus, we had to ask to take orders, #jltwebsolutions

Though busy, I was able to get a table within 5 minutes of arriving. I ordered the Pho Bo Vien and tried the Mi Năm Vàng dish! Both were spectacular! Employees were super welcoming and helped us with everything we needed.

We are tremendously disappointed with an absolutely unacceptable rude attitude at the Vietnam House restaurant located in Tukwila. The restaurant indicates that it is a first come first serve restaurant but did not get us seated even though we came first and had to wait for a long time. We politely asked to confirm our table but were rudely yelled at and asked to leave by a waiter. We informed the manager of the restaurant and demanded an apology. This restaurant must recognize their mistake and take their customers seriously with a great appreciation.

It is with heavy heart that I must pen this one star review on a local Vietnamese-owned business. To start off, the food is usually decent — and I have very high standards as a Vietnamese American — even though the prices run a bit steep. However, on my most recent visit — after a long day and on a very empty stomach, I felt completely ignored by the multiple waiters that served me. I ordered satay with egg noodles and was served satay with rice noodles. When I politely told them they made my order wrong, they gave me a bowl containing egg noodles alone with no sauce and told me to fix it myself. I can’t even make this stuff up, I’m unbelievably shocked at this complete lack of respect toward their customers. I’m usually the type of person that feels empathetic to service workers and would never make a big deal out of an error but I simply had to express my frustration with the mistakes and rudeness. Later, the owner came to the table to attempt damage control and told me that he would subtract the noodles from my bill, but he told me I shouldn’t be mad! When I went to check out, the bowl was still on the bill. Do yourself a massive favor and eat at their location in Seattle instead. The service, food, and prices are all amazing there, and it’s absurd that the two businesses are even related. The tukwila Vietnam House was an utterly hellish dining experience, but it definitely makes me better appreciate when a restaurant operates as they should and actually sees their customers as people.

Great tasting Pho great service only reason for taking away a star was the dining hall was not clean there was food and mess on the floor they need to do some serious cleaning but will still recommend people to try out the food very authentic taste and no shortcuts were taken while preparing the food very tasty

Just finish eating and my Phô was nasty , chicken with skin, bean sprout and basil totally out of refrigeration, bad quality..!, and the soup flavor not even worth to try it.I better prefer to go to Than Brothers on seattle to spend my money smartly there and will get it right..! Don’t come to this place the dudes working here totally unprofessional..!

I have visited this place with my family once. The business is overwhelmed making errors on waitlist, and food delivery timing. My family ordered rice dishes and I ordered a bowl of beef pho. Their dish came out first and after 10 minutes of waiting for my order i insisted they eat first. They finished well before I received my order. After tasting the pho broth/soup, I concluded the service was not worth it. I assume the orders are not by table but by what’s cooking based on popular orders…. Anyway we will not visit again nor will we recommend.
