We came to the beach and this Vietnamese restaurant located on our way back. So lucky we found this restaurant, they have the best Pho I had so far! The soup was very flavorful, and the only store with the special Pho that comes with ox tail! Excellent Vietnamese Food! Came here for lunch. We started with shrimp summer roll. Next, we had beef and grilled pork Banh mi. The bread was very fresh and the meats were very flavorful. My daughter had the fried chicken with rice. Everything was reasonably priced and tasted on point. Check out the photos. We would return for sure!

If you want great comfort food come here. Everything was delicious, fresh and aromatic. The owner, Eric, was telling us all about how he makes the bone broth for his Pho and brewed tea for Thai Tea. Highly recommend!

The employees are super nice and the set-up is clean, unlike other Vietnamese restaurants that I have been to so far.
I ordered a Pho special and the broth blew my mind with how good it is in comparison with others. As a Vietnamese born in Vietnam, the food here is about 90% close to the food in my hometown and it is hard to find a hidden gem in Jersey like this. So to anyone who reads this review, I highly recommend you guys try this out !!!

Stopped by for a much needed pho bowl. Wasn’t disappointed, food was on point. Delicious, flavorful and made to perfection. Customer service was awesome as well, so friendly and service was quick. We ordered an appetizer of calamari which was flavorful and savory, hands down the best Vietnamese calamari I’ve ever had. For dinner we ordered to seafood pho bowls and they were absolutely delicious. If you’re craving Vietnamese food this is the spot to go to.

I recently dined at Vietnam Bistro and was thoroughly impressed by their rice noodle bowls. The chicken variation is one of my favorites, with tender pieces of chicken that are full of flavor. Equally delightful was the beef option, which was just as delicious. The combination of the rice noodles with the savory meats and flavorful sauce was a true delight for my taste buds. I highly recommend trying both the chicken and beef options when you visit Vietnam Bistro!”
