Went into Paperback Brewing on a Friday night about 630pm, this food truck is out the front and they are awesome! Service is exceptional. You get a buzzer and can go back and enjoy your drinks while they cook, it was pretty quick to be honest to get the food. Wasn’t too busy.
I ordered the Fish Po’Boy without Peppers, loaded fries and a double smash burger. The loaded fries are good they are just smothered in cheese so if that’s not your style maybe ask for less cheese or just get a side of normal fries. The Po’Boy was honestly the best I’ve had. Fresh fish and great flavors with the sauce and mango. The smash burger was a decent size and very fresh. Great service. Great food and a great price! Will go back again when I’m at the brewery.

Super good smash burgers, I think the best around. Tried other smash burgers around the area and this are top notch. Trust me and see for your self. The taste is unbelievable and memorable. I keep coming back because they are simply the best.
