Amongst many local eateries this was a gem. Great service with a smile. The decor is simple and familiar and includes a large screen video of Vietnamese food preparation.
Coming ourselves from a city full of Vietnamese restaurants the flavours here were spot on. The portions were larger than we expected.

This Vietnamese restaurant is worth visiting. The food was savory and mouthwatering. We ordered phō of course, but also the viet time sampler, which includes four delicious items. It was not crowded and wasn’t loud. They have a TV screen showing the food being made, which was different but also entertaining for those of us who love the Food Network.
I cannot express enough how delicious the food was! I will surely be returning here. Enjoy

This restaurant is so underrated. As a Vietnamese, I find their banh mi one of the best in the Peninsula (the sauce and the meat are both authentic). Bun bo Hue is also good. The soup flavor is authentic, but they do not have pork blood cube, which is a minus point for me as pork blood cube is my favorite.

The shop is simply decorated, nothing fancy, but it feels and smells clean. Thus, it might not be the most romantic place for a date, but a decent one for good food

We recently tried a Vietnamese restaurant near us, and it was a great experience. The first thing I noticed upon entering was how clean and welcoming the place felt. We were promptly greeted by the friendly staff, who also pointed out some of their recommended dishes from the menu.

As usual, we ordered the Pho Combo 1 and Combo 2—and they did not disappoint! Flavorful, hearty, and satisfying. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to.

Before eating, check the dish. I ordered the pork chop rice, but it was all bone with only one slice of meat. I immediately gave feedback, and they replaced it with another plate, which had a few proper pieces. It was quite dry, but the taste was acceptable. Still, I probably wouldn’t order the pork chop rice again.

So far I have tried their Grilled Chicken Banh Mi & Chicken broth for lunch pickup.
Overall Banh Mi is good, bun is soft, serving size is big and full filling.
Broth serving is big, price is worth for good meal.
Adding extra fried eggs its always good.❤

Located inside a shopping center. Free parking. Limited seating with no outdoor seating. Simple menu but all Vietnamese favorites. I tried their shrimp roll and #1 Pho, and it didn’t disappoint.

2025 update. Viet Time was empty at 7pm on a Monday evening. I usually eat at La Salsa when I’m in this strip mall. Then I remembered I’ve never tried Viet Time’s grilled pork garlic noodles $14. This dish was OK. Flavorful grilled pork and mild garlic taste noodles. It wasn’t greasy enough. The tips of the garlic noodles were burnt, which was good. It needed a lot more garlic flavor. Also missing were some sort of vegetables. Green onions (scallions), Vietnamese picked carrots or daikon (radish) would have been nice. The restaurant remains too clean for my liking for a Vietnamese restaurant.

Original review: Viet Time has a decent pho dac biet $15. The pho broth is a few notches below the pho restaurants in the TL or San Jose. It needs more depth. They are a welcomed addition to this plaza since Got Pho went out of business. The new restaurant is clean. Almost too clean for a Vietnamese restaurant for my liking. Service was excellent.

I’ve been wanting to go here for a while now. I walked in and it was packed.  The place was super busy.   There were so many items to choose from,  it was hard to not  make my own sampler.  The place is simply decorated but ig ready for a post.   I was greeted right away and placed my order for to go.

I ordered:

1. Iced Vietnamese coffee – I was surprised it was made the traditional way,  pour over.   A lot of places nowadays just have it ready to pour over ice.  This was the perfect pick me up for lunch.   Sweet with just the right amount of punch.

2.  Fried egg rolls – So crispy, it doesn’t even need the sauce.  The wrapper they used was different and gave you an extra crunchiness.

3.  Grilled beef over rice with egg roll –  The beef was super tender and flavorful.  I liked that for once it didn’t come with a salad but instead possibly picked carrots and daikon?

Overall,  the food was amazing. Service was fast and friendly. Didn’t have to wait too long and the food was fresh.  Highly recommend and I look forward to comimg back soon.

Came here for wifey Wednesday to treat the wife. We got their combo pho and garlic noodle. The service was quick and they came by often to see if we needed anything else. We watched a lot of to-go orders and people dining in. We enjoyed the vibe as it was a clean spot and very welcoming. Definitely a solid new spot.
