In 1977, Ron DeNunzio established DeNunzio’s Pizza Villa in Jeannette, PA. Several months after operating as a take-out only business, nine tables were added for sit down service. It was only a few months later that the demand for dining-in created the impetus to build a main dining room, enlarge and remodel the kitchen, and turn the area of the original pizza shop into a bar/lounge area. As more and more requests arose for large private parties such as bridal and baby showers, birthday and anniversary celebrations, rehearsal dinners, business meetings or bereavement luncheons, the Glass Terrace Room was added. DeNunzio’s Restaurant in Jeannette has become an area favorite, known for its friendly service, warm atmosphere, and delicious food

First time here & we will definitely go back! We live about an hour away, so we’re not always in the area, but always wanted to try this restaurant. It was very crowded, but parking was no problem. Without having a reservation, we were still greeted right away by a very friendly, courteous staff member, (actually made you feel welcomed )! We unfortunately don’t encounter that often with going out for dinner anymore most places seem to want to rush you in & out, making you feel like a bother to them, so this was a very pleasant start!! We asked to be seated in the bar area which was super cozy, comfortable & very clean, playing soft music, (& he had no problem with accommodating us).The entire atmosphere is very cozy and inviting! As busy as it was, and they also had a baby shower going on, everyone still treated us respectfully, we felt relaxed and enjoyed our total experience!!! Our waitress was super & she checked in on us several times! There is a lot of items to pick from the menu & drinks I tried the grilled chicken parm which was fantastic, hubby had the cod dinner which he also enjoyed. We didn’t have enough room for dessert, but they all sounded amazing! Can’t wait to go back and try something different, pizza maybe ?

I’ve been here many times before and had an excellent experience. I just think tonight was an off night. I would definitely recommend the pasta…it was great! We got the denunzio rigatoni and the homemade spaghetti and meatball. Both were really good! They featured a prime rib special…which is what I really wanted. The medium rare that I ordered was not what came out 2 times, but I think it was because by the time we ordered it was later in the evening. I just wish they would have said all that was left was more on the well done side. Also, the service seemed slow. We waited a while to give the order and it just seemed like there wasn’t much urgency.

Frank D and I had our recent Thanksgiving dinner at Denunzio’s was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We were fortunate enough to dine in the unique glass room area, which provided a beautiful and bright setting that made the holiday meal feel extra special.
The traditional Thanksgiving dinner itself was absolutely delicious—everything was prepared perfectly and tasted wonderful. Beyond the quality of the food, the service truly elevated the evening. The staff were outstandingly friendly, and their service was notably attentive. Our server ensured we wanted for nothing, managing the holiday rush with professionalism and warmth.

My Partner and I were able to get a reservation for 830pm on Valentines Day the day of. Very thankful as our previous reservation at a different restaurant was lost. We had an amazing waitress named Tina that was probably the best one I’ve ever had. We had an amazing meal. Thank you guys.

Marsha (not sure of spelling) was fantastic. Gabriella was a great waitress. We made reservations but didn’t realize until looking at the menu that we made the reservation for the Latrobe restaurant. I called to let them know that we went to another location. Everyone was so nice and sweet. We just loved the Jeanette location and can’t wait to try the other two. The food was so good we didn’t get pictures of our Pasta or Ronnie’s trio. Thank you for such a great dinner and all around service.

We’ve be to the Jeannette restaurant a few times before over the years and it was always great. Last night was not very good. Fried zucchini was way over cooked, the side salad was devoid of hardly any color, maInly white Iceberg lettuce and some sad tomato pieces. Salad dressing was oil and vinegar but came in a little plastic cup with minimal vinegar. I had the 3 chicken dish combo. Chicken Picatta had very little lemon flavor and not a single caper. My son and wife had their Riggatoni Denunzio and they liked it but were underwhelmed. Service was slow but they had quite a few customers and only 3 waitresses. I’m not sure we’ll go back? Olives and Peppers is a much better option.

We were referred for the wedding soup. First time visiting DeNunzio’s. It will also be our last. While the wedding soup was indeed delicious, my husband’s meal was a disaster. He ordered the $32 Seafood DeNunzio. The sherry cream sauce was incredibly watery. There was so much water that it was inedible. We asked the server to look at the dish. We asked if it is supposed to be “this” watery. She says absolutely not. She then says that she will go and let the cooks know. We assume that she will return with an offer to remake the dish or take it off the check as my husband was not going to eat it. Perhaps a manager would come to our table. None of this happens. I offer to share my salad with my husband. Which was delicious. Needless to say, we were charged for a dish that my husband couldn’t/wouldn’t eat that was, according to the server, improperly prepared. It’s shameful to treat customers this way. Do better DeNunzio’s. We will not return and will spread the word!!

My husband and I ate here for our anniversary for the first time. We ordered the scallop appetizer and they were perfectly cooked. I ordered the the shrimp risotto with a chopped salad and the balsamic vinegrette, it was all so amazing! The fresh bread was also fantastic. We will absolutely be back again!
