Greeted nicely when we arrived. We came here because of the variety of dishes on the menu. We get to ordering but the waitress told us some of the items were not available. To our disappointment, we had to order something else. Here is what we think of the dishes we ordered: catfish and fries were surprisingly good; came with a homemade dip like thousand island. The pork chop on the combo plate was way too sweet and had to be dipped in the fish sauce dressing. Never tasted viet chops so sweet like that. The rice was a bit soggy. The egg and fried roll were good. The pickled salad tasted weird and not the usual. Garlic noodles were okay but the seafood was a bit salty. The seafood pho has red broth on the menu but we got clear bland broth that tasted nothing like pho broth. The seafood tasted frozen. They really should clean their condiment containers. They were filthy and crusty. We found an ant crawling on the combo plate and a fly kept coming around. The restrooms are not that clean either. Don’t be fooled by presentation until you taste the food. High hopes but very disappointing.

Biggest disappointment was the food. Prices on menu were extremely misleading and old. Wanted to order fried egg rolls but they were unavailable(many items crossed out). This is pretty uncommon, as fried egg rolls should be made in-house like every other restaurant.
Had a “large” pho with meatballs with rare meat. I normally use sauce, but the sauces look a bit questionable (like they haven’t been used in a while or stored in fridge). So I didn’t want to risk it. Soup looked super bland/empty, barely any greens or onions etc.
Meatballs was very questionable, they cut the meat balls into 3 sections instead of usual halves. Adding up the sections I think there would’ve been 3 full meatballs total. The meatballs and soup were not piping hot and a bit bland. Meatballs looked potentially undercooked flat (they were not bulging along the cut line of a half sphere). Where’as a half cut meatball would’ve normally been bulging in the center. Other large pho places always make me feel bloated, I only felt lightly full.
Service was ok, felt they did the minimum of what a server should do. Glad server mentioned the seafood pho used beef broth, as wife would’ve had an allergic reaction. The menu was extremely old and prices are misleading. There is NO drink menu, you’d have to ask to see what’s available. Try not to be shocked by a can of soda costing $3 on your bill.
Personally this has been the lowest quality pho I’ve had in the past 20 years. Edible, but will never come back. There are far better pho places. I came here thinking “4* rating, should be good” left feeling underwhelmed.

You’re into Vietnamese food this is a cool little spot to come. My wife’s dish which was fried noodles with steak was better looking and taste better then my Skillet steak and egg disk I order.

First visit to this place, we were seated right away and the customer service was good, but the food was okay. The vegetable pho was okay, but I was disappointed with the garlic noodles and lemongrass tofu. In my opinion, the garlic noodles and tofu were really bland and a bit on the greasier side. I did enjoy their dessert-fried banana with matcha green tea ice cream. I appreciated the fact that the bananas were fried in a wonton skin. The avocado smoothie was pretty tasty as well; it was the perfect amount of creamy and sweet.
Second visit to this place, customer service was not great and they took awhile to come take our order (it wasn’t a busy night). The food again was okay. The seafood pho was meh and the bun bo hue was bland. The bun bo hue tasted like it was just made with chili oil.

I had been here a few times with no complaints, but on my last visit I placed a to go order and I ordered the spring rolls with peanut sauce. Once I arrived back home, I opened the peanut sauce and there was mold in the sauce. So disgusting and unsafe. I called, and a young girl answered and passed the phone to an older woman who said she was the manager. I should’ve got her name but I didn’t think to ask in the moment. She tried to offer me a free order of spring rolls on my next visit but I told her I just wanted a refund. After that experience there’s no way I’d ever order that again, or even return to the restaurant at all. She did say she was issuing my refund and I should receive it in a few days so I’ll be checking to make sure I get that back, I haven’t got it back as of yet.
If you order to go, make sure to check your food before you leave. I can’t believe a restaurant would serve something like this.

This used to be our favorite place, but we will not be going back after today’s order. No sauce, took 20 extra minutes, small amount meat and noodles and cost $80. Quality is terrible and price has escalated. Shame what happened to this place.
