This Vietnamese restaurant is a hidden gem on Baronne street in New Orleans. Their Pho is so full of flavor and I’m wanting more just typing this review. They use very fresh ingredients, the Shrimp Pho was my favorite because it had a bit of kick, but the Brisket Pho was also really good. I’ve also had their Grilled Shrimp Rice dish that comes with steamed rice, cucumber, pickled carrot, lettuce, tomatoes and fish sauce but I sub my steamed rice with fried rice.

Nine of us came here. It’s only a 5 minute walk from our hotel. It was a quiet Wednesday night so we found seats right away. Server came right over and took our drink orders. Decent size menu with very reasonable prices. Good selection of pho which most of us got. My rare beef one was excellent with no need for extra sauces. I would call it a medium to small bowl. I had not eaten all day so I was hungry. I ordered two spring rolls which were good size. Delicious. I had two large hit sakes. Bill came to $57. No problem with separate checks. Very pleasant, friendly service.

I love pho and this is in the top 3 best pho I’ve had. I highly recommend. It’s a very good healthy/ fresh option that’s in walking distance from the hotel I was staying at

I did not care for the flavor of the egg roll and as far as the vermicelli noodle bowl was very different than what I get at home in Austin, Texas. At my favorite place. Noodles were overcooked and almost mushy and not served in the same kind of bowl with the vegetables done the same way. Not what I was used to or expecting. It. Didn’t taste bad though, but not as good as my usual place at home.

This very special diverse menu has everything from fresh sushi to pad Thai an amazingly filling pho options. The service is fast and the staff is kind and we’d love it here. Thank you for being our peaceful lunch and the middle of Mardi Gras chaos. The pho is fantastic and filling and kept me very full for most of the day here. The Bon’mi Is a great thing and the bread so fresh. We shall definitely be back!

The restaurant is very clean, and feels trendy, that’s actually my only knock on the atmosphere just a little too polished. Food was very good, the service was great. Constant attention. The sushi was fresh and tasted good. This was really a 4.7 but it’s five or four so round up. The draft beer was a little warm for my taste. I was shocked at how few people were in the restaurant, but it was a nice change from most of the other places around it. I’ll come back. If you don’t know that eel sauce is the go to for sushi, all for a side, and thank me later.

10/10 for me! The broth for the pho is absolutely spot on. It hits the taste buds just right with the right amount of salt, umami and richness. The banh mi is absolutely flavorful and the sushi is fresh and delicious! Thai tea is to die for went back the next day to get another lol HIGHLY recommend this place for good Vietnamese cuisine! If you want a nice light and rich soup, definitely get the N5 Pho

Solid Pho. Broth on the meaty side but good. Plenty of meat in the soup. I’m giving it an extra star for being the only noodle soup spot in the area. Good service. Nice spot and location

Food was okay not a lot of flavor especially the fried rice. Price was a bit high too but it is the only Vietnamese place in close distance and staff are nice. Still worth trying maybe the pho or pad Thais are great but the fried rice was underwhelming and so were the drumsticks.

Our overall experience was very good at VOB. Service was good, very few people were dining as we ate an early dinner. The sushi was good and seemed very fresh. The fried rice was a little different. Appeared to be a fried sushi rice and was sticky. Wasn’t bad, just different. The Crab Rangoon was very good. Cleanliness was good. I would return for sushi only!
