I normally not a breakfast person, but I tried breakfast at burgerking this morning and I must say im glad I stop by. This bacon biscuit looks delicious I didn’t want to eat it lol. I had to take a picture of it. And it was so soft and delicious. Are the biscuits made from scratch.?

Worst experience at a Burger asking EVER!!!
I made an online order through the app. My order was placed at 9:13, 10, and we still didnt have our food. When we asked about it, we were just told that the girl was there by herself and whatever excuse they had, however, as my family and I walked in, we saw the two gentlemen who were outside smoking walk in and go to the back. So the reason why our food wasnt done on time wasnt because there was only one person there, but because they were moving too slow bc they were high. Dude was outside with gloves (because it is cold) and with the same gloves he came inside and packaged food. But not before fist telling us to get out of the lobby bc it qas closed.
The main stall in the women’s bathroom had a broken door hanging off the hinges.
The soda area was unclean, the floor was so sticky my shoe came off!!!

1st, I couldn’t understand the drive thru speaker, 2nd they don’t give change back if they don’t have it , 3rd make you pull foward to wait on 3 other vehicles even though you only order a #1, and lastly not one employee can say the words thank you or anywhere along those lines. They act as if they don’t want to be there.

Made our order and when we went to eat our order was the opposite of what we ask for. My wife had two classic chicken sandwiches which she ordered with no lettuce and tomato and pickles, well she didn’t get her pickles or her tomato but she got lettuce.

Drive thru customer here, Sunday Oct. 29th 2023. All the food from this location is just sad! Burnt food and halfway prepared,,everything! If it wasn’t so far back to town, we would bring you “food” back to you. Its ok, we know not a single person at this place gives one shred of anything about our food,service, or opinion.

Theft of food? I pre-paid for meal but only got my drinks. Lady at window took my credit card and never gave me receipt. Then told me to drive around building and wait. Nobody came and one other customer waiting said he had been waiting over 25 minutes…still no food. Doors are locked with chains so nobody can do any follow up or complain. They just take money upfront and do not deliver. This is what happened to us. Beware!

I ordered 2 #2’s large with cheese, my onion rings are cold and there’s no cheese, brown lettuce, 1 piece of onion. Very sad for a BK. I know when I am in Meridian, not to stop at this location. The lady behind the counter was very sweet and polite but the product quality is nonexistent.

This location needs some improvement. Early in the day and “we’re out of wraps.” Counter person was more concerned with getting back to her phone than taking my order. The person preparing my sandwich needs retraining as the onion was not in the Whopper Jr but just kind of thrown into the wrapper and lettuce was no better. The water in the restroom sink was freezing so I’m sure I just ate a ton of their germs bc who wants to wash their hands in cold water? If your staff doesn’t care how they represent your business, customers won’t care to return.

My food was fresh, it was clean when I walked in. The employee were very polite and patient,most definitely coming back.
