I came here with my family and had such a lovely experience. It captures the essence of Vietnamese food and culture perfectly. The staff are lovely and were accommodating. We had service with a smile and in general it had such a warm and welcome feel.

Our starters were: Salt and Pepper Squid, Banh Xeo, Banh Cuon & Grilled Quail.
Our mains were: Bun Bo Hue, Bun Rieu Cua and Bun Ca..
And we left nothing behind!

We had Kory and Chloe serving us and they were lovely! We will definitely be coming back to try the variety of dishes they have to offer. 10/10 would recommend to all my family and friends! Watch out for this space, queues will be out the door!

Wow what a local treat! This is the best Vietnamese restaurant I’ve been to. The sea bass in salt and pepper was to die for. The stir fry flat noodles were so amazing. The fresh apple juice was delicious. The pho was great!

There’s a new local Vietnamese restaurant and I’m so happy that I don’t have to travel far any more to get phở (bad pun, sorry!)

The restaurant and the food are very clean, food is cooked to order and served hot and tasty. The ingredients are fresh and of high quality. They’ve only been open a few days so there were a couple of tiny issues, I was waiting a while after being seated before someone came to take my order, but I couldn’t order because I hadn’t been given a menu, I wasn’t in any rush so I didn’t mind waiting at all. The new server brought me the wrong drink but it was rectified quickly and staff were really nice about it. Portions are VERY generous and good value for money. I ordered Spring Rolls £7.50, Phở Bò Chín £13 and Vietnamese Iced tea £5.

The restaurant was quite busy at Sunday lunchtime and I’m glad to see people are supporting a local business.

Regarding accessibility, there’s a small step into the restaurant and another small step into the toilet but everything is on the ground floor. If you use a wheelchair or similar mobility device, it may be a good idea to call ahead and let them know because the spaces to navigate around the restaurant are quite narrow.

Welcome to the neighbourhood Viet House! See you again soon.

Visited this newly opened Vietnamese restaurant today. Overall, the standard was lower than I expected. Two dishes I originally wanted to order were unavailable.

For starters, we ordered Vietnamese fried spring rolls and Bánh cuốn. The spring rolls were mainly just salty, lacking depth of flavour, and the fish sauce dipping sauce was very mild with little taste.

For the main, I had the grilled pork noodle dish. Again, it was mostly just salty without much of the distinctive Vietnamese flavours, and the pork had a strong pork smell. The portion of meat was also on the small side.

I ordered a freshly pressed apple juice, but by the time it arrived at the table it had already oxidised and turned a dark brown colour.

As it is winter, the heating was not on inside the restaurant, and we had to keep our coats on throughout the entire meal, which affected the overall dining experience.

The restaurant charges a 10% service charge, but the level of service did not really reflect this. When asking for the bill, the staff brought it over and immediately asked whether I would be paying by cash or card before I had even had a chance to look at it, while I was looking at my phone, which was a bit surprising.

As the restaurant has just opened, I also noticed that the current food hygiene rating is 4 stars. Since it is still new, I do not want to leave an overly negative review and hope they can improve on flavour, consistency, and service details going forward. Wishing them the best of luck.

Absolutely blown away by Viet House! This new spot in the neighbourhood is a total gem. The food tastes genuinely home-cooked — authentic Vietnamese flavours, super fresh, and incredibly comforting. I grabbed mine as a takeaway and it was amazing, but I’m already planning to go back and sit in because the place looks lovely inside as well.

Highly recommend everyone give it a try. A fantastic addition to the area!

GREAT little restaurant that is located 5 minutes drive from Bromley city centre. The food is real authentic Vietnamese, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We tried 2 x Special Pho, Salt & Pepper Squid, Salt & Pepper Tofu, Morning Glory, Bánh Cuốn, Grilled Quails and Jasmine Rice with Grilled-Pork. The food was nice with generous portions, and the staff are so friendly with a smile, always checking if everything was alright after every dish had been tasted. A lovely gem that is not far from us in Bromley

The food was delicious. Having spent time in Vietnam recently I have something to compare to and I can honestly say that the broth for the beef Pho was superb. Hearty clean and very satisfying. I will 100% be going back.

We had an amazing meal here! The food was so delicious and filling in the best way, with very generous portions. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, especially since we came with our infant son—they made sure we were seated somewhere warm and provided a high chair. It’s truly a great addition to the community, and we can’t wait to come back again!

A great restaurant. The staff were all welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. The menu had enough on it for everyone and also included a lunchtime special which was enough to leave you stuffed. Didn’t seem overpriced and the portions were a good size.
A fantastic addition to the shops already there

Fantastic Vietnamese restaurant! Cozy ambiance, authentic flavors, and generous portions at great prices. The customer service was flawless—friendly and attentive throughout. Highly recommend for a true Vietnamese dining experience! Will return to try the pork selection as another customer said it is Chinatown quality! The broth was amazing and the banh xeo had so many flavours.
