Great place, the pho broth has a great depth that comes with time rather than something quick. We got the chicken and the steak pho, and the chicken was much more moist than I expected (other pho restaurants have dry chicken). The staff were nice and the bathroom was clean! It was a nice experience and the pho came out pretty quick. They have hoisin and sriracha sauce on the side.

I love pho. I have tried a ton of restaurants and I have had a lot of mediocre pho. But this place is bomb! I get the brisket and meatball mix and it is one of the best broths I’ve had. 100% would recommend!!!! Also there service is amazing They are super kind and friendly. The gentleman that took my order remembered me even though it had been over eight months since I had been in the restaurant. He welcomed me back and was very friendly. This place is one of the best restaurants in Saratoga Springs.

They’re incredibly fast to bring out the food.
Also the guy at the front was asian, has an accent and has kinda a lot of tats. He’s legit Vietnamese. I sat here for like an hour and multiple customers came in and he knew their names. So def they got loads of regulars. This means this place is legit.
It’s not cheap but it’s the same price as all the other places.
10/10 you should come here for food.

Comfort Vietnamese food, love this place! The pho broth is awesome. Also try the fried rice + thai tea w/ tapioca.

This place is my favorite pho restaurant in Utah county. Even i loved away to Herriman, I still come to have my House Special Pho whenever i have my pho craving! The egg rolls are super yummy also.
The staff are always friendly, especially the owner.

My wife and I recently discovered Viet Deli and have already been three times in the past two weeks. It is so good and the staff is so kind and helpful.
We are loving the Honey Glazed Pork Bahn Mi sandwich. The break is crispy and flaky on the outside and soft on the inside. The meat has so much flavor, and the veggies make it feel so fresh.
Our daughters love the fried rice.
We also get a side of the pot stickers and tempura shrimp which are such a great appetizer.
We highly recommend Viet Deli!

I honestly can’t believe we didn’t discover this place sooner. As Pho enthusiasts with go-to spots in SLC and WVC, we were skeptical about finding authentic Vietnamese food in Saratoga Springs—but this place blew us away.
