Almost here once a week for bussiness. Great service. Great bar tenders where I sit. Everyone is so nice and kind. If passing bye. U will get family friendly service Most times get flo’s filet with parm crust and fries with ranch or baked potatoes and broccoli. Ur choose ur sides. All good. Mushrooms and petals with there sauce r awesome. Love this place will keep going back out of comfort. Now price I spend is less being one person and not busy based on going at 4-5 pm. Like always things can be busier different days of week and time stopped also goes along with noise and parking

The Wife and I had a good time. Started off with drinks the Longhorn Old Fashioned and for the lady a whiskey sour we were both disappointed with our drinks they could have done better, if you were worried about not enough alcohol in your drink there was no problem there. Her second drink was worse, I didn’t bother but the 9yr old Knob was pleasant and stayed with me throughout the night. Our appetizers came out to us in a timely manner, I got the Stuffed Mushrooms and she ordered the spinach dip they were the highlight of dinner. For our Entree we both got the ribeye mine was perfect she was not happy.. Figures. It was really loud and ultimately we decided not to come back. Ordered Flo’s fillet 6 oz steak $24.99! It was the toughest steak I ever had, it was horrible! So hot In spices, WHY? I brought it to the waiter’s attention and the answer was “yea you’re not the first person to say that” I was stunned! No solution no talking to the manager nothing. I prefer Ma & Pa restaurants but you make the best steaks around! Filet, Sweet Potatoe, & Broccoli is my go to. We’ve never had a bad meal at this location. Service is always great!

My partner and I stopped in for dinner and we are always pleasantly surprised at how well the steaks come out. They are well seasoned and cooked perfectly to temp. The service was excellent, and the sides we got (asparagus, brussel sprouts, and Mac and cheese) were superb. The restaurant was packed on a Friday night but there was no wait.

My husband and I came here for a date night on 9/27/24. He has been to a LongHorn somewhere else and I’ve never been to one ever. We were super excited! The menu looked great, lots of good hearty choices. He ordered a sirloin with a baked potato and I ordered the “new lemon garlic chicken”. We got side salads both which were amazing, cold crisp and tasty. We also ordered the spicy chicken bites for an appetizer which were surprisingly super good. I ate most of them! There’s is a kick though but in a good way. His food came out and it looked amazing, steak was cooked to perfection. Then my food came out…and we just stared at it. Not at all what I was expecting and it didn’t look all that appetizing. We couldn’t tell with the lighting if the chicken was still a little pink in the middle or not which was not a big deal. The mashed potatoes were great but something about the chicken was off. Just not what we expected for $18.
All in all it was a super lovely date night and we will definitely be back!!! I’ll just order something else off the menu. Our waiter Mathew (sp) was amazing too!! Super kind and attentive. He is 5/5 for sure

Our experience at this LongHorn Steakhouse was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, it was clear that the level of service we received was not equal to what other guests were getting.
Our drinks took 5–7 minutes to arrive and were served in plastic cups, while every other table around us received proper glassware. We also noticed that all other guests were given complimentary bread, but we were completely skipped.
The Caesar salad we received had no croutons and no dressing, which is unacceptable. On top of that, our server mixed up our order — we were served rice instead of the potato we requested. We didn’t have the time to wait for a correction, so we had to settle for the wrong side.
To finish, the check was handed to us without a check holder, unlike how it was presented to everyone else. Throughout the entire visit, we felt ignored and treated as if we were less important than other customers.
This level of inconsistency and lack of attention is unacceptable for a restaurant of this brand.

Ribs are not very good. Just slathered in bbq sauce and way to sweet Should have ordered something else. $27 for a full rack of blah. Fries and sides were all good. Very nice waitress.

I had a very unpleasant experience at your restaurant today. When I politely said “excuse me” to get the waiter’s attention, he rudely replied, “I’m not looking at you,” in a very disrespectful tone. The waiter was walking around with a toothpick in his mouth — he was slim, wore glasses, and had a mustache. His behavior was completely unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer. I expected better service and at least basic courtesy.
I hope you take this issue seriously and ensure that no other customer has to experience this kind of behavior again.
