First time here. Asked for Taco Salad. It was suggested to try the Taco Bowl. I requested ground beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and sour cream with no beans and Verde sauce.
The ground beef had a great flavor just a little oily. There was way too much cheese, not enough meat and the size was small for the price paid.
I would go again and try something different like tacos or burritos.

Vida is my new favorite Mexican restaurant. Trust me I’m serious about my Mexican food. I used to drive all the way to the north side. Not anymore. They make their own tortillas, and I love them. They even warm up good the next day. The mole enchiladas were fire. Check them out!!

I’ve tried Mexican food many times, but this experience was surprisingly disappointing in terms of food quality. It seems they rely heavily on canned products, which isn’t ideal. The images on the menu don’t match what we received at all.
I wouldn’t recommend the veggie fajitas; they were overly oily and contained only onions and peppers. Overall, we felt let down by the experience. Not recommended.

I was supposed to take a picture before I started eating but after I tasted the first taco, I got carried away and ate 3. So excuse my sloppy photo. They’re not stingy on the carne asasa and it was soooooo juicy and rich. Everything is usually fine here but it seems like the food is getting even better! I wasn’t always a fan of their rice but Vida taco cranked it up a notch.. I loveeee the rice now. I am all smiles 🙂 go take advantage of the taco Tuesday special!
my only “complaint” is that you have to remember to order tacos with cilantro+ onion or else you’ll get American style. I wish places would ask when you order but restaurants rarely do so it’s just something to keep in mind.

I ordered on UBER EATS last night. I think they must have run out of food while making my order because I literally received only a teaspoon of rice, beans and veggies for my veggie fajitas. RIDICULOUS!!!! IM DISPUTING THIS WITH MY BANK!!!!!!!

I’ve never been to a restaurant to dine in and had to pay before my meal arrived. The chips and salsa are not included when dining in. They cost six plus change. They came after the food. The chips were stale. The salsa was green verde salsa. The rice on my plate and inside my veggie burrito was so hard I couldn’t even chew through it. I literally had to spit it out into a napkin. My son had steak tacos and said the meat was under cooked. He said the fries were delicious and he liked the rice water. The restaurant was clean including the restroom. We will never return.

Substandard and poor quality food, bellow average service, high prices. We had beef fajita, guacamole and tinga. Fajita was tasteless, watery and made with about 2 lbs of onions, and little beef and peepers. The beef had no flavor whatsoever and was very chewy. Served with two tiny tortillas, and micro sides. Just inferior and nasty looking in General. Guacamole was probably worst I ever had- dark, tasteless, flavorless and with plenty of Onion and tomatoes. Tinga was ok but they made it like an American taco and put sour cream, tomato and lettuce on it like Taco Bell. The place was clean, so gave it two stars. It was my first and last time there.
