Take out of the Triple Threat Box. So excited to try it to be let horribly down. I ordered at 5pm said would be ready by 530. Went inside as this is just a takeout place, but it was packed. My name clearly on the board ready. The girl was literally making and boxing pizza and barely acknowledged any of us. Finally got my pizza and got home. Kids excited over getting Cinnabons , the only thing good was them. Pizza supreme was a tiny thin supreme pizza but had nothing hardly on it and my pizza was supposed to be hand tossed and actual toppings. Cheese breadsticks was burn and grainy . I paid extra for the supreme and cheese breadsticks and got very disappointed. I called and got some call center guy who transferred me to the actual location and I waited for 15 mins and no answered. I won’t ever eat here again.

Recently moved to this state. My family and I enjoyed our food. Currently in a hotel and its was good.
8/4/24 updates:because we are staying in a motel I decided to order pizza the next day. The pizza needed more time in the oven. Pale crust on this order. That was disappointing. Open the box and check to see if pizza is properly cooked. 2 stars instead of 4.

I was traveling to orlando florida but I decided to stop and get a hotel room with my family in the room was a flyer with a pizza hut take out. About 6 minutes away from the hotel so a place a nice big order at 9.03pm they told me my order was going to be delivered at my door at 9.45pm I waited antil 10.pm because of the whether. But they never show up i call 4 time about minutes order all 4 time put me on hold never gave me any explanation i see why they have so much bad rewis

I love pizza hut I never have a complaint but today I do.
My pizza had no sauce n was dried out. It had been over cooked and or sitting to long. It was nasty. And the prices you pay it should always be fresh.
I doubt i come back. The quality just uh snt there anymore.

I ordered food and was over charged I have proof and so I called the store and asked to speak to the manager and was hung up on. Called back from another number was also hung up on and they couldn’t tell me the issue. Y’all need better customer service.

Just got a delivery with UE Instacart from pizza hut. So mad because they were rated incorrectly on the instacart site and there’s no way for me to fix it there. The app didn’t save the toppings that was ordered for one of the pizzas but Pizza Hut done exactly what the irder said, and was an AMAZING JOB!!!! We’ve never got an order as perfect as we did today! They got everything we ordered exactly as we wanted and I thank them tremendously! I sure hope they see this rating and know what an amazing and appreciate job they did today!!! 5:30ish pm. April 5th, 2025. And i truly apologize about the messed up rating we accidentally posted on instacart. Thanks sooooo much.

I am very upset with this restaurant right now to the point that I’m sitting here crying on Easter my mother-in-law just passed away I decided to take my two children to Pizza Hut we ordered two pizzas both of them we paid the extra dollar for the better crust and of course I have a 2 and a 3-year-old that are fighting their sleep wanting a nap and had to use the potty so we went in and waited for about the entire 15 minutes that I took them to make the 2 pizzas .. the gentleman sat there and chit chatted with me the entire time he took my money which made it a cash order so he was fully aware that he was out of the food that I ordered before he took my money because the pieces were already in the oven not once did he tell me that there was a problem she could have told me then and it could have been taken care of instead of making me pay for my food I had the pizzas in one hand a kid and another hand and another kid on the other side of me trying to make sure that they don’t get ran over I get to the car I get them buckled in and I checked my pizzas and they are wrong so I called the guy he said there’s nothing you can do about it he can’t give me a refund just for the couple dollars he’s rude he hangs up he won’t let me in the door I’ll leave my pizzas outside the door I’m very frustrated and I wanted to refund and he refused so I highly highly do not recommend this Pizza Hut especially with the people that are working there today

This place has gone down hill. They are not paying attention to what is going on. I don’t know if they are over whelmed or just sloppy. The last 3 visits (take out) have left my wife and I in disappointment. Half as much sauce for bread sticks, the pizza over cooked and dried out. Tried different types. No change. Papa John’s now get our orders.

I was missing multiple items out of my order. The store issued me in-store credit instead of refunding me in the first place for food I paid for and did not receive when I called the store to use my in-store credit. They told me that in-store credit was only good for 30 days And there was nothing they could do about it piss poor Customerservice.
