Some might look at the outside of this place and mistakenly believe the building may reflect the food. This is absolutely the furthest thing from the truth. Rarely have I been to a place that loves what they do. You know in your soul the owners of Vida Taco love to cook fantastic food. The flavors are perfectly portioned and everything just tastes heavenly. You may even find yourself saying “this is the best food I have ever eaten (just ask my son).” So long at they open their doors, I will be a customer.

Amazing food! If you are looking for some good mexican food in Duncan, this is definitely the place to go! The only thing to keep in mind is that the place is really small and doesn’t have a lot o seating, but they also have tables outdoors! Really recommend!!

First time visit this week. Small and cozy with a few tables inside and plenty of outdoor seating with nice big umbrellas.
Food is fresh and delicious. Nice flavors. Menu is plentiful. I got two tacos, chicken and asada. Both delicious!! I assume the tortillas are made there. Tasty but didn’t hold my tacos together to eat by hand. Not a big deal and ate with a fork.
We got a side of guacamole and chips. This is a must to get!! Tastiest and freshest I’ve had in a restaurant. I want to go back for that!
The tables inside are high top and the backless stools are small and uncomfortable. I felt like I was balancing during my whole meal. I wash they would either move to low tops or get better stools. Another option is a bar to put your feet on for balance under the table. The outside tables are picnic style.
Parking is in the back.
Despite the tables, definitely check this place out! Support local.

This place was delicious… enjoyed a nice night out! We got a whole assortment but my favorite was the pork and beef tongue . Hubby enjoyed his brisket too! The blue corn tortillas made in house were outstanding. And the customer service was great as well…We’ll definitely be back!

Great little place to check out for Mexican food! We have been here a few times and have always enjoyed it. They offer some meat options that you can’t find at most Mexican spots; like lengua and cachete which are 2 of my favorites.
I really enjoy their burrito with the multiple fillings, and comes with chips to go with their yummy salsas. Their horchata is pretty good too. I really like that they provide grilled onions and jalapenos on the side too. I tried their elote this last time and its also very good. Although its a little wattery to me.
Service has always been good, the gentleman at the register has a great attitude! I also think their prices are very fair.

This is a really easy review to make. These are just the best tacos you will ever eat in the state. The tortillas are hand made, the food is marinated in a extremely delicious way and you can taste the authentic Mexican flavor in each bite. The spicy sauces are amazing and the service is great people is super friendly. You definitely need to try these tacos I promise you will never regret to enjoy this experience

Riquísimos los tacos! So tasty, I was homesick and they are mexico city style tacos with homemade corn tortillas and they are the real deal. Salsas are mild to spicy good selection and put on some lime on it and you are done! Having 2 or 3 for lunch is good.

The food was amazing. Top notch and authentic. The tacos are loaded and filling. The quesadilla is one of the best I’ve ever had and had authentic Oxaca cheese. The street corn is perfect.
There is inside and outside seating. The inside seats are comfortable stools at high top tables that really fit with the atmosphere.
The sauces (salsas) were incredible. We enjoy some heat, but the mild sauce was so good that we contemplated asking if we could buy a bottle for home.
The cashier (owner?) was very friendly and helpful and checked on us right after the food was delivered, as well as right at the end. It was perfect service. All the food was served piping hot and fresh made.
But, perhaps my favorite little detail about the whole experience, was the extras on each plate. We’ve been to a few street taco places, but this one did something unique. Not only did they load the tacos with amazing goodies, but they included grilled onions and jalapenos as well as thin sliced cucumbers and radishes for an amazing garnish.
100% worth the price and the drive.
