Our waitress was very friendly, atmosphere was nice but… we only saw 2 staff members. Drinks from the bar were made by the waitress, she was not trained to make drinks, and they were aweful. The berry and chicken salad was very good, but my husband’s sandwich was just meat and cheese on toasted sourdough plated with horseradish, no lettuce, onion or tomato. Presentation was nothing like pictured. Hopefully, it was just an off night.

I was traveling and a one night stay took me to Vida Grill adjacent to the Doubletree. On a Friday evening I was worried because there weren’t many people in the place. I was looking for a good meal and a good cocktail. I’m pleased to say I got both. My Co-servers and B-Tenders Brandon and Lindsay steered me completely straight. The bar was well stocked with beer and liquor.
First I asked for a skinny/clean margarita and Lindsay nailed it. Brandon suggested a tequila I was unfamiliar with but very good. Out of caution I ordered the chicken Ceasar (hard to mess that up) and it was one of the best I’ve had lately.
Good food and drink. Fair prices. Good service. Only four stars because on a Friday evening I was looking for a little more energy.
But I suppose that’s up to marketing.

They currently have a limited menu until August 1, 2024. The food is good. The service is amazing. The atmosphere is great. Ask for Matthew, he makes awesome Captain & diets.

On travel for hcokey, food is good. Talk to bartender Sam about a signature cocktails. He sold me on this concoction and I asked for less sweet. It was amazing. I believe it was called Grapfruit Spritz. I watched him mix some other drinks and he knows his flavors. Two different Old Fashioned’s based on the person’s taste. Very unexpected for a hotel bar/restaurant.

I really wish they improved the food. Everything I order here, I feel like eating microwave TV dinner.
They have a surprisingly large Beer and Wine selection.
Bartender was great. He serves the bar, drinks, takes orders from the tables, enter the orders, and serve the food when ready.
Not sure how he does it but I hope they are paying him well.
Atmosphere was good with a bunch of hotel guests.
Would have been a great place after a long day of work to sit down and grab food and stroll to the room and not worry about driving, but I feel like we are a little far from that dream with their current food.

We had a party of 12 on Saturday Dec 7th! The food was fantastic!!! The menu is a little different than the website so make sure you know what you’re going to have for options! I had a “handheld” called I think it was “side car”. It was fantastic and so were the sweat potato fries!!!!

Vida, is a great unknown resteraunt attached to a hotel. The name doesn’t drive much traffic but the food is fantastic. Currently serves Breakfast, and Dinner. Lunch opens in September of 2019.

Hot turkey sandwich ordered at the bar was really good, too late for the restaurant side. Offered drinks but don’t imbibe, order does go to the kitchen with one person to prepare the food,and it was very good. Located in the Double Tree Hilton Hotel.
