Nastiest place ever. Just ordered a chicken calzone what came looked like a chicken roll with unmelted cheese and no chicken, the burger was asked for well done and was raw and still frozen inside and the mozzarella sticks were literally hard frozen ice inside… terrible do not eat here!!

I’m not sure if the owner is the man that works the afternoon shift but either way the customer service is HORRIBLE! I went in yesterday and had a slice and a can of soda. So today I recommend the store to my coworkers. I wasn’t in the mood for a slice as I had one yesterday so I ordered a sandwich from the store next to theirs. As I enter the store to sit down and eat with my friends the owner starts speaking. Instead of being polite and saying mam there’s no outside food allowed he makes some poor comparison about bringing your own bottle to a bar. Very unnecessary and sarcastic. Saying if I choke he’s not responsible. The overall message was horrible he has such poor etiquette. By the way I did leave the establishment once I understood he didn’t want outside food in his establishment but his delivery in the message was so unprofessional.

I’ve never had issues the three other times I purchased from this restaurant but today wasn’t a good experience. I ordered a slice with anchovies. When it was served to me the crust had burnt areas and the back of the pizza also has burnt areas. I told the guy I don’t like it like that. He said he loves it like that and to let it sit a lil while and it will be good. I said your preference isn’t my preference, I dnt like it like this. He counted my money and walked away..

I called & order food @ 8:15 they told me 35- 40 minute wait ok no problem i said. I called back a hour later to check on the status of the food & I got disrespected.
