Wow, I was very surprised. The smash burger was 8/10 – very good! Very filling too… I ordered wings thinking the burger was not enough, yikes. Both were a meal by itself and fairly affordable by Las Vegas metrics. I got a massive burger and 18ish wings with a drink for $43! I consider that a fair price especially given the quality.
I’d come again

Wow this place was speedy! Very nice option to eat at and for something quick. We barely sat down and our food was coming out already. The cocoa puff shake is a must try! It’s also the most affordable meal we’ve had here – very reasonably priced especially for this area!

⭐ ONE STAR — and that’s only because of ONE employee. Please note I am posting on every social media, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok the videos that we took while we were there yelp and Google the public needs to be aware of these potential health issues as well as OSHA violation. People should be aware of locals and who they know as I’ve been in the industry for a very long time I know people in the health district OSHA, as well as on the board of the Concierge Association
This establishment earns one star — and they only get that because of the gentleman who appears to be Filipino. He is polite, respectful, and actually understands what customer service means. Without him, this would be a zero-star review.
I stayed away from this place for a while because of past experiences, but I thought I’d give it another try. Big mistake.
The front counter employee (short, rude, and completely disrespectful) had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Buy the receipt we found out his name is “Brett B”The way he speaks to customers is unacceptable. While we were there, we literally watched him look around to see if anyone was paying attention and then pour beer into a cup and drink it while working. We even recorded it — unfortunately you can’t post videos here. It was obvious something was off. His behavior, the lack of awareness, the attitude — it left customers standing there whispering in shock that he was even on shift.
It didn’t stop there.
While waiting at the pickup window, we watched a tall, bald employee standing on top of the deep fryers — which were actively in use — scraping the exhaust vents with a large knife. Those fryers contain extremely hot oil. Watching someone balance over active cooking equipment like that was alarming. If that’s not a safety concern, I don’t know what is. It certainly didn’t look safe or professional. I am 100% sure that this is a safety issue with OSHA as the rules are used to use ladders not standing on equipment where foods being made even over deep fryers that are over 800° and I’m sure there’s a health concern which the southern Nevada health District inspections and gives the greetings should be notified and will be notified. I will contact my friend Joshua that works there. This is not a lie
As for the food? The burgers are consistently dry and rarely made the way you order them. You don’t get what you ask for. Period.
It’s unfortunate because this location has potential. It’s in a casino, right by the sportsbook, and it’s convenient — which is likely the only reason people keep going. But convenience does not excuse poor service, questionable professionalism, and obvious safety concerns.
I stand where I can see my food being prepared because I genuinely don’t trust what’s going on behind that counter. That says everything.
This place needs serious evaluation of who they have working there and how it’s being managed. Until that happens, I do not recommend eating here. Not unless you’re prepared for incorrect orders, dry food, and customer service that makes you feel like you’re an inconvenience.
You’d honestly receive better service at McDonald’s.
I won’t be going back.
Eat here with caution.

There is alot going on buts it’s in a casino. You can watch all the sports games while eating. That’s a win. The food is fantastic. I had fries victory style. So good! Gotta love grilled onions. The wings were hot and a good size. They give you a sauce basket as well.

Victory Burger at Circa Resort offers exactly what it promises: solid, comforting bar-style food done well. While it wasn’t our main stop during the trip, it was absolutely a worthwhile addition to the lineup. The burgers were fresh, surprisingly juicy, and seasoned just right — the kind of classic, no-nonsense flavor you expect from a place built around the name “Victory.”
The sides we tried were just as successful, rounding out the meal without feeling like an afterthought. It’s not the headliner compared to some of Circa’s other standout restaurants, but when you want something familiar, satisfying, and reliably good, Victory Burger delivers. A strong option when you need a quick, hearty bite without leaving the casino floor.

I go here all the time because I love their food. I ordered their nachos last night, (Never Again) and was extremely disappointed. I asked for extra cheese and they said it would be a charge of $2. However, half of my order had nothing on it and they were plain chips. I wasn’t paying $2 more to have barely any cheese. Each chip should of had a little something on it. I did not order plain chips. Also, I saw someone making a shake who was not wearing gloves and she licked her finger after getting whipped cream on it then picked up the cup with her hand that she licked her fingers. That is disgusting. Wear gloves when dealing with people’s food. I also found a hair in my nachos. This is the 2nd time I left unhappy. All other times I have been there it was cool.

Overpriced Burger restaurant inside of the Circa Casino on Fremont Street. They have many burger options to choose from, unique ingredient combinations. The fries are breaded and seasoned well. They also have numerous sauces that you are able to use as much as you desire. They serve the sauces in a carrying basket to your table. The Boom Boom sauce is the best. It will cost you about $25 for a burger and fries, without a drink. Not really worth it in my opinion. They do have a nice view of the sportsbook though, so if there is a good game on or if you like to place parlay bets – this could be a cool spot to grab food and watch the game.

We enjoyed the food at Victory Burger. Service was pretty fast, as you order at the counter and take a number and food and condiments are brought out to you. We ordered a jalapeno cheeseburger and it was very tasty. A lot was going on with it but everything tastes really good. The bun couldn’t really hold up to all the chaos of the burger, but it was still really good. My wife ordered the chicken tenders appetizer and it was massive. The tenders were really good. We also each ordered some victory fries, which are kinda like animal style fries from in and out. The actual fries are really good, but to be honest something was lacking in the sauce or cheese. They were okay. I’ll mention the prices are pretty decent for Vegas and the servings are very large, making for a good value. If we’re at circa watching a game we’ll definitely come back and try some other items. Finally, it’s cool that you can sit and face the sportsbook screen and still watch games while you eat.
