I’m here visiting from China and I love Burger King, I’ve been going to Burger King for years! We have Burger King there, but it’s not the same. Your employees were so nice, very kind, the restaurant & restroom were clean, and the food was delicious! I was so happy to see the employees interacting with each other & the customers, & not looking at their phones. Thank you for being awesome!!!

Rude employee at the front counter. I understand being overworked and underpaid in fast food, but they’re treating customers like crap for it. They care more about drive times than the people who have been waiting for 20 mins. If you’re a dasher, expect to wait until the drive through is clear before you leave. Absolutely ridiculous.

I go to this burger king all the time. Never had any issues. Always great customer service. Today at 8:55 pm, I ordered the bbq brisket whopper to try since it’s new via drive through. The first sandwich I noticed there was no brisket. Called and spoke to Doug, and he said to bring it back. I came back with the burger and the window lady that work the closing shift ( I didn’t catch her name) came back and said it was under the cheese and immediately said they will make a new one and walked away. Didn’t even allow me to ask a question or even apologize for the mix-up. They made my second sandwich, and i can see through the window, they may have been disccussing something that made everyone inside upset, this time, it was an older man who handed me my sandwich, and all he said was, “Here’s your sandwich,” and immediately walked away. The overall attitude was very rude. I wasn’t looking for a second sandwich for free, I just wanted what I paid for. I checked this second sandwich, and there is barely any brisket in it. I checked under the cheese, and the amount they gave is so little, smaller than the slice of cheese that was provided. And so thin that it can’t even make a sandwich. It was not worth a 3rd visit because the attitude the staff had ruined my appetite. The photo advertisement is not the same. I know it’s for advertisement but still, a decent amount for a 12 dollar sandwich better be present. Not this. I’m really disappointed. Will definitely not order this again and would recommend people just to stick with their regular burgers.

The lady who was heavy set blonde hair who took my order seemed real rude an unpleasant. She grabbed my card out of my hand and swore at me. Then a gentleman brought me my order and was really nice.

Went to store in Menasha tonight for dinner. 3 guys just standing around as they were not busy at the time I arrived. I ordered a whopper cheese meal medium size with onion rings and a whopper meal med with no tomatoes and pickle on whopper adding mustard. Both whoppers had very little lettuce and no onions on them. The whopper cheese the tomatoes on it you couldn’t eat cuz they were so wilted. I asked for no salt on fries due to not being able to have salt so I asked for all of the food to be fresh. The onion rings where not fresh they where soggy and fries where soggy and overly salty. I also ordered a honey mustard wrap the tomatoe was soggy and chicken was luke warm. The manager went into the office after grabbing food from the heat chute. The food was put into a bag that was ripped all the way down and they put the bag inside of another plastic bag. The guys their where rude and not very customer friendly at all. They didn’t seem to care about their jobs at all. My order was 46 was at the restaurant at 6:25pm on 03/26/24

They need to start reading and checking orders. They have forgotten sauce I asked for with my order last few times and when I asked for Milk with kids meal I end up with Juice? Receipt is correct. Not sure I’ll return. Hopefully turns around so money isn’t wasted!

The King of Burgers new brisket whopper is outstanding! I was going to add bacon, but I’m glad I didn’t. The brisket and burger pair well together, and didn’t need bacon. Maybe a shredded BBQ chicken Whopper is something they could make next? I would add bacon to that.
