Food and atmosphere is average as expected the problem lies in the service. Orders being served were not called out, napkins were not given to ppl and non are availed in the restraunt. One of my party asked for a water cup and didn’t receive one until the food arrived even though the server passed by them several times beforehand.

Place is a joke, stopping eating there after today’s experience, simple order dbl whopper with cheese meal, onion rings and a soda….got a single with bacon, no pickles or tomato and fries instead of onion rings. 1 car ahead of me in drive thru, still waited 23 minutes. 1 family inside that already had their food so no waiting excuse there. I worked at BK in Waupaca as a teenager for 2 years, we were always ripped out of our minds and still wasn’t half this bad, can I give a negative star rating?

This used to be a great place to eat. Now go to any other Burger King. The drive thru does not understand English. I tried 3 times to order a Big King and a drink without ice. I got a bacon King and a drink full of ice for twice the price. Tried to explain but drive thru had no clue….this place has lost my business
