If you want to try some delicious Mexican food then you have found the right place. Place is set up like chipotle but In my opinion tastes better. For starters they offer white or Mexican rice. I was so happy as I love Mexican rice. I tried their special this night which was the arroz con pollo or rice with chicken. They grilled some chicken breast then added it to a pan and added some delicious sauce and added onions and simmered it for a bit then placed it over a bowl of their Mexican rice. I added some guacamole and some corn tortillas and when I got home was a happy camper. They gave me so much I shared with my wife. I later went back and got the asada bowl. The meat was so tender and seasoned just right. Staff was friendly and offered several suggestions. Place was clean and decorated for the holidays. Being that it’s closer to me I will definitely put this place on my rotation

Always been a fan of the Brimhall location, such sweet employees. Went to the Panama location and the service was not great to say the least. A clearly new employee was skimping out on the toppings, and would give a side eye to her coworker when asked for additional toppings. The only thing that somewhat redeemed the visit was the cashier offering to remake my food after witnessing the EXTREMELY uncomfortable interaction. The behavior displayed by this girl made me feel so awkward, I genuinely will not go back to this place because of how she acted towards me.

It pains me to have to drive all the way to Brimhall location when the Panama location is so close to home. But every time I’ve come to this Panama spot it’s a bad experience. Food does not compare and you can see why by just watching the cooks. Cashiers are nice and courteous however everyone else cooking seems to want to be anywhere else but there. Don’t judge the Victors brand by eating here, go to Brimhall. If the owner reads this, your other locations badly need cross training to match the Brimhall experience.

Came in last Thursday, this was my first time eating at any Victor’s Mexican Grill, I ended up ordering a chicken bowl. I’m not sure if it’s just the location or if they’re all the same but my food was horrible to say the least, spending $17 for something I didn’t enjoy was not worth it at all! I might try another location to see if there’s a difference but I definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

What a great experience. Food is great, the place is clean, organized and family friendly. Roberto gives a great service always smiling and Elizabeth has such a great customer service, Everyone in here are very polite and I always come here with my family for a great meal. This was not a good experience! The food was not good either. Chicken tacos were very dried, fixings available looked like scraps ready to be dumped. Salad was overall 1 star. Perhaps because it was the end of the day 8:25pm. Drink area being cleaned and tea removed, could not even get a refill, if one was desired. The worst was the young lady cleaning the mats full motor with the broom inside the restaurant. Dust all over my food and face. It was disgusting and inappropriate. I get staff needs to go home but maybe just take orders to go at that time. Over all 2 star, because we were greeted and thanked for the visit.

I had tried Victors before during lunch on another side of town and it was great. I recently took the fam to the new one on Panama. It was great food again. Really fresh tasting. My boys and I had the steak bowl and my wife shared the huge delicious nachos with our little one. Really clean restaurant and bathrooms. Will be eating there regularly since it’s close to home.
