: Food isn’t bad.
‍♀️: Service was ok.
: Atmosphere is what it is. ‍♂️

Tried this joint for the first time.
Everything was ok until they overcharged me.
I had to put up a fight to get compensated but in the end she made it right so..
No hard feelings but don’t think I’ll be back.

Very small portions with very high prices. I paid 6.00 for a handful of chips and a side of queso that is about as big as a free side of condiments you’d get for free anywhere else. There are so many locally owned Mexican food places with better food and significantly lower prices. Won’t be coming here again. Recommend El Pique next time. They’re what this place can only wish they could be.

Food was very good at a fair price. Especially the pozole. The thing that I found good about Victorico’s at the Beltline location was the service at the front counter provided by Molly. She was kind, efficient and very knowledgeable of the menu. Since this was our first ever visit her knowledge was very helpful. She is the star of the show and deserves the recognition.

This place was truly phenomenal. I didn’t have high hopes, going into an old Jack in the Box building, but I immediately loved the decor of dia de los muertos and all the red and black. I was not a fan of their breakfast items, because the grill was too hot for their eggs and I have a complete intolerance for anything close to burnt eggs. According to my son, the men’s room smelled like kitty litter and not good at all, and I have a strong disinclination for fast food that asks for tips. All that being said, I still gave five stars because their service, atmosphere and food were absolutely amazing. The pink haired woman who took out order was fast, friendly and personable, the atmosphere was comfy and well spaced, the rolled tacos and tots were delicious, but the quesabirria and soup/dip that came with it were eye-rollingly delicious, seriously! Will definitely be returning to try more menu items, I’m downright excited about the carne asada street tacos!

I’m from San Diego and this is the best you can get from this area. It resembles a sd local 24 hour taco shop. I Always rate Mexican food by their refried beans. These are legit!

Absolutely appalling nachos. $16.50 for a single, skimpy layer of beans and chicken, topped with a pitiful amount of unmelted cheese. No guacamole, pico de gallo, or sour cream whatsoever. I was initially offered a refund, then told I had to return the food – an impossible demand given my circumstances and frankly, not worth the hassle. These are barely $9 nachos. Avoid at all costs. There are far better options in town. Fist photo shows the sparse unmelted cheese. Second shows that there is nothing under the thin veneer.

Would highly recommend getting the Cali burrito and enjoying yourself. May be a bit of a gut bomb if you eat the whole thing.

Drive through service was slow, but no one was in front of me in line and it was late night.

Price is higher than normal fast food, but the amount you get is much greater, so good on the value side. I didn’t get anything else for myself but bought some other burritos for other who enjoyed.

Worth a quicker visit especially if you are needing to hit the hospital for a long period of time.

I have been here 3 times. First time was ok I got Asada tacos and the we’re good. Second time I got the same thing and they gave me the wrong food. I got chicken tacos and they were gross. Didn’t realize until I got home and there phone doesn’t work. Third time I went was just disgusting. This was the worst nachos I’ve ever had and they were $17. We also got a Cali burrito and it just greasy and not good at all. Definitely not going back.

As a San Diego native (Taco Shop Capital of the World) they’ve got pretty darn good food, with Rolled Tacos just like home..! The Carni is good. Hot Sauces are pretty good too.

Normally, I am certainly not the one to complain and will accept that sometimes people have bad days that work in the restaurant business. I do love the food at this particular Victor Rico’s in Springfield on beltline however, today I went in and ordered food for my family, and there was a young lady at the drive-through speaker who was extremely short with me and very, very unprofessional. When I asked her about it at the window when paying for my food, she was even more unprofessional to the point where I asked her name, which she did not provide, and then I asked to speak to her manager. An older lady came up and started speaking to me, but the girl kept interrupting, and then she accused me of allegedly taking her picture, which I did not because I was on the phone with my wife telling her about the experience. The older lady eventually asked her to leave because she kept interrupting and then apologized several times for the girls behavior saying that “sometimes we need to check ourselves“. Amen to that. As the girl walked away, I plainly heard her say the N-word in Spanish… I am bilingual and speak Spanish very well, so I know exactly what she said. In fact, the older lady raised her eyebrows and looked back at her like she couldn’t believe it.Usually, I have a great experience there, but today was just extremely disturbing. The girl kept cutting me off when I was trying to speak, Basically threw my food to me in the bag and shut the window. That’s when I asked her to open it back up and give me her name. Please believe me when I tell you I am not the one to complain. However, I think that young lady needs to be coached in customer service. So I give them a one star today… I wish I could give them a zero but that’s not possible.
