Terrible customer service from owner and employees, this is why people end up going to big chain coffee shops because they care when you are satisfied with your order. Matcha is a terrible barista blend. Drink tastes like water with minimal or no flavor. Paid almost $10 just to not enjoy a drink. Do not recommend save your money and go to starbucks or another local coffee shop that actually cares about their customer satisfaction. EDIT:
I was told the owner was going to talk to me , instead she talked about me through the speaker camera with the employees stating I know nothing about drinks or matcha given i have 10 years of experience working and managing a coffee shop, so sad that this is the type of service the owner is providing and enforcing on employees. I only asked for a different drink because the matcha was a mud green when it is advertised as a bright green marcha. The banana flavor is light in color and almond milk is less creamier and thick tha other types of milks so it should not change the color of the drink. I did not ask anyone to leave bad reviews i simply shared my personal experience on social media and others reached out lettingme know they had similar or worse experiences. Maybe the owner should take accountability and constructive criticism and focus on improving their business instead of fighting over google reviews with customers who leave their honest 1 star reviews.

I drove from north to south to try this place and it was totally worth it. We ordered the lotus coffe and ferrero. They were pretty good and different from all the chain coffe shops. I ordered a slice of Italian cream cake and I loved it. I will back just for that plus the delicious coffee. The place has a good vibe, it’s decorated like victorian age and in the back you can dress up and take pictures. I totally recommend it.

be prepared to enjoy what they give you because if you don’t enjoy what you’re paying with your hard earned money, they won’t attempt to fix the situation…. watered down matcha that has a dull green toned color to it, and they will tell you it’s your fault for choosing almond milk…

Got the Vanilla Matcha with Almond Milk. SO GOOD! Atmosphere was so calming, was able to just sit, sip, and relax after a long day. Employees were so kind as well. Loved the whole experience, will definitely go again!

This cafe is beautiful! Cozy, relaxing, pretty, and delicious. We had an iced and hot mazapan latte, pinapple/strawberry/caramel mini empanadas, a coconut cake slice. Everything was delicious. Various milk options, including lactose-free. Service was wonderful, staff was friendly. I’ll definitely be returning.

When it comes down to a good coffee it doesnt taste anything special. If you want to have ice water with coffeeine this could be for you. All aestethic but when it comes to flavour, its abscent, the small amount of nutella looks nice on the container walls(? I guess its pretty decoration but served on a lidded container and stuck on the top it doesnt mix unless you unlid and mix it with a spoon or smth and even if mixed it doesnt make the thing taste like nutella bc of the amount, making it taste like coffee and water.
