Before storming this new spot, I HIGHLY recommend reading this entire review, be understanding that they are new, so there are kinks they have to work out, and have patience.
First of all, I would definitely come back here, but a lot of the time, my vibe is preferring off peak hours, so I’d tailor my visits to go right when they open or during the week. When I first got here, there were only two other tables there, but it was the grand opening, so things were busy and when I mean busy, I think a lot of people waited a long time for their food, so either have patience or wait to go after they’ve been open for a little bit.
To eat, we got the VIBE’s Taste of Africa Sampler and Maafé Lambchops. The sampler came out first and the lamb chops came out a while later (they’re both entrees but we had finished the sampler before the lamb chops were ready). The sampler contains Char-grilled suya, dibi guasacaca wings, harissa calamari and shrimp, jollof rice, sweet plantains, pepper sauce. I would definitely order this again.
The suya was missing the suya spice, but I think not all West African styles is to use the spice. For the style of suya it was, it could have been a little more tender but it wasn’t bad.
The jollof was Senegalese and this was my first time having their Jollof. I really liked it and wish I had more because it was good! My favorite part of the sampler were the wings and the pepper sauce. Loved the flavor of the wings and the pepper sauce was just spicy enough, which I prefer, not anything that will make you sweat.
Now the lambchops were perfection. Seared lamb chops, maafé peanut sauce, herbed couscous. The sauce was delicious, the lambchops were cooked perfectly, and they came out very hot where you could see the steam. They were worth the wait.
For dessert, we got the Bissap Sorbet, which was Hibiscus-spiced sorbet, ginger crunch. It was light and refreshing.
There is a drink menu online but while we were there we were told they didn’t have one yet, but I think if you go in and ask for a drink listed online, they probably would be able to make it for you. Drinks are pricey ($20+) but this is pretty on par with with many elevated establishments these days.
The music was loud, which is to be expected, because it’s not just a restaurant, it’s also a lounge. The DJ was great! If you made it to the end of my caption, congratulations! Looking forward to coming back and trying more because the rest of the menu sounds so good!

I attended on Valentine’s Day to celebrate my birthday. The customer service and staff were helpful. They allowed me to light the candles on my cake and took pictures of us. I also shared cake with them. Yet, this certainly doesn’t compensate for the unfulfilling culinary experience.
The food portions were tiny and described as “dainty”, and the preset 3 course meal was lackluster. I ordered suvy tacos, the branzino, and a sorbet dessert, my daughters ordered egg rolls and lamb chops, sorbet and a cookie. They were both still hungry. Overall dinner was underwhelming and overpriced.

We recently celebrated my sister’s birthday at Vibe and had a great experience overall. They were able to accommodate our large party, which we really appreciated. The aesthetic of the restaurant is beautiful and the DJ created a fun atmosphere for the night. The menu has a good selection and the drinks were really good. The dish I ordered wasn’t my favorite, but everyone else seemed to enjoy theirs. Overall it was a nice experience and I would definitely visit again! ✨

Went here yesterday for Valentines Day and to our surprise there was a prix fixe menu for $125 per person!!! This menu was not advertised when we made our reservation. The menu was very limited. This was one shared app, two entrees ,and two desserts for $125 PER PERSON! Crazy! Trying to give it a try. We were able to get two apps but the amount of food we received was small. Especially for the cost. We would have gotten more food at Ruth’s chris for the same price. The ambiance was beautiful and the people were nice, but the service was extremely slow. Our waitress was nice but I don’t think she managed her time well. I would suggest the owners to have a dedicated bartender so the waitresses are not taking orders, serving food, and making drinks. Glad we gave this business a try and I pray they will get better, but we will not be returning.

I’ve visited Vibe twice in the last two weeks, including a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner, and it has quickly become one of my favorite spots. The food is delicious and always comes out tasting fresh and full of flavor. I was also very impressed by how clean the entire restaurant is; it feels very well-managed and comfortable to sit in, and the good music kept us entertained. Even on a busy holiday like Valentine’s Day, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed with a smile. It is excellent to find a place that is so consistently high-quality and offers friendly service, and I can’t wait to go back soon.

The food was outstanding! I cant wait to go back. Perfect for a date night. We parked at the parking deck so that was free since it was Sunday. I started off with the Viberanum drink which was like a dark but bright martini. Loved it. It took a while to get our food but that was understandable since it was opening weekend. The wings were so good, just the right amount of spice and flavor. The Provencal lumpia were really savory and crispy. If you love goat meat amd spring rolls, get them. The chimichurri fries were a hit. The suya tacos were out of this world. I love the concept and I wish there two extra on the plate but im just greedy. Greedy enough that we split a smash burger and it was on point especially because of the bacon jam.

10/10! My friends and I celebrated Galentines here. It was about 11 of us and we had Tamia has our server. She gave great recommendations and was very attentive. The host was also very pleasant, even offering to ensure I made it to my car safely. The food was also delicious and not overpriced. My friends and I were actually really impressed! I will be back.

Made a reservation for Valentine’s Day for my girlfriend and I.
The ambience was very nice, with moody overhead lighting and a dj playing all sorts of jungle house music and Afro beats.
Now the bad:
The service was slow at best, with there being a limited set of waiters designated to take orders for patrons.
I’m talking about we were not addressed for the first 25 minutes. We didn’t get WATER and were finally attended to about 30 and hour after being escorted to our table.
Our order was finally taken, though, it took our waitress a couple of times to find something to write on to take our orders. She was also working as a bartender, making drinks and taking orders.
The final straw was my girlfriend and I talked to a family sitting next to us, with their young daughter, who said they had been sitting go and waiting for their appetizers for an HOUR AND A HALF! You hear me?! An hour and a half.
Finally, we gave up and left out after being butt in seat for 40 minutes. We ended up going to Copper Canyon.
